Keep Driving not worth purchasing from
Ourisman Honda of Laurel is the worst dealership in the DMV area. The experience I had with them was unbelievable. They are very dishonest with their customers and the customer service is the WORST. I had made a deal with one of the sales people on a bottom line number however, I asked several times about the mileage on the 2019 vehicle I had planned to purchase from them. I was told that the cars were brand new. Therefore, I am thinking as a consumer brand new means little miles like 15 or less, give or take. Well the sales person decided to tell me the real miles while I was in route to the dealership. It was 128 on one car and 50 on the other. If I wanted a demo car, I would have asked for one. I called the owner of Ourisman and NEVER heard back from him; one of the rude managers called from corporate BTW was useless. I spoke with the GM and he stated that the cars are brand new. I told him that I specifically asked for little miles and that it was deceitful to tell me while I was in route that the cars had that many miles. The GM, also told me that there is no car dealership that will have a car with less than 30 miles on them. I told him that is NOT true because I had purchased a new car before and it had 12 miles. Nonetheless, after all the unnecessary back and forth with the dealership I took my business elsewhere where they had five cars of my choice with 6-14 miles on the cars. Keep driving pass Ourisman Honda of Laurel because you will NOT receive the customer you should receive especially when you are paying CASH.

After our conversation I'm very surprised to see this embellished review from someone in the military for 21+ years. As a military veteran, I expected honor and integrity from a service member at the very least. You were angry that our New Honda Fit had 50 miles, and in your opinion, that was not new to you. Most reasonable consumers consider that new. Maryland law considers anything with less than 499 miles new. You said you wanted less than 10 miles, which we did not have in stock, BUT we offered to go and get another one for you. However, by the time we transported it here from the other dealership, it would have similar mileage and you were not happy with that solution. My General Manager explained that we do allow customers to test drive vehicles that they are going to consider purchasing and most of our vehicles in stock have very low miles from test drives. You have never been to our showroom; you have never used our service department. You are an angry internet shopper that have NEVER done business with my store and your mad because you think 15 miles is new and 50 miles is used. There was no deceit here, there is no bad service, this was a simple communication that could have been cleared up by a simple text. In your own feedback you admit you never even visited our store and you learned of the miles BEFORE you made the trip. I am the owner here, I did call you and I'm sorry you considered my time, my attempt to help you, and my information useless. You just continued to raise your voice and scream over me when you don't hear what you want to hear. In the end, I do regret that we could not meet your expectations and we will try to learn from this experience.

Great team of People
We shopped around in various dealers before choosing Ourisman. Their staff was willing to go the extra mile to work with us to get the vehicle of our choice at a price we could afford. Anthony Davenport was helpful and extremely patient. Abdul Tabibi found a way to help us stay within our budget. And, Walter, in Finance, was very friendly and explained all the different payment packages we could choose from. With Jim helping out at the end to show us the new age gadgetry of the car, we left feeling like we had been in good hands. Super friendly staff, from the woman who greeted us and led us in to the correct staff members, to the folks cleaning up the vehicle and helping us with our choice of car, we were very pleased. We hate the games many car dealerships play. We appreciate the openness of this group to be direct and help us along the way. We LOVE our new 2019 Honda Civic EX. Will definitely recommend this dealership to others and will come back again in the future! Thanks, Oursman Staff!

Great Experience
Just purchased a new vehicle from Crystal Goines. Crystal listened to what I was looking for and helped me choose the right car a beautiful 2019 Honda Accord. I would definitely recommend Crystal to friends and family she did a fantastic job and I was very pleased with my purchase. Jordan Jenkins also did a fantastic job he works in the finance department.

Very good experience with Bre
On Labor Day I made an appointment to drive an Insight and an Accord Hybrid at Ourisman Honda of Laurel. I walked in Tuesday morning at the appointed time and met with Bre, who found that they did not have either car in their inventory. I was very disappointed and headed to another dealer. I chose a car there, and they were ready to give me a good deal on a 2019 Insight. My sister knew I really preferred another color car, but 2019 inventory was pretty limited and no one had my first choice. She found that Ourisman had the color I wanted in a 2020 model, and just happened to speak with Bre. Bre remembered me and was able to get me a better price on the exact car I wanted. She was a pleasure to work with and made the process very easy!

Outstanding Customer Service
I was looking for a new vehicle for specific items I wanted on a vehicle on line and built the vehicle with all the specs I wanted to have. I got a lot of referrals and dealerships.. Anthony Davenport was very knowledgeable and assisted me with finding the vehicle with what I wanted in details. The customer service was outstanding I did not have to go looking at vehicles since I built it in line. When I got to the dealership the vehicle was waiting for me and it met all my expectations. Anthony took the time to ensure I knew about the vehicle and it was a very smooth transaction and I did not have to asked a lot of questions. A Very Good Purchase Experience!
I am not a fan of car buying but when my Pilot reached 304000 miles it was time to buy a new car. Anthony made this experience as painless as possible. I actually enjoyed my interactions with Anthony and Brian and I left feeling like I got a reasonable deal on a new Honda Passport.

Enjoyable experience at Ourisman Honda
I drove to Ourisman Honda of Laurel Md to look at the Honda Ridgeline Black Edition, the model that I had researched and was interested in purchasing. Fortunately, I met sales associate, Anthony Davenport as I entered the showroom. The Ridgeline Black Edition wasn’t on the lot but Mr. Davenport located one at another dealership, had it moved to his location and prepared it for sale by that evening. Mr Davenport’s knowledge of Honda vehicles and his clarity in contracts discussions made my purchase of the Ridgeline an enjoyable experience. If you’re interested in a Honda vehicle, I highly recommend Anthony Davenport at Ourisman Honda, Laurel MD.

New adventure
This was my first Volkswagen in life, I've never owned one. But advertisement means a lot to a company really does work, I saw the Atlas on the street this summer and new that was going to be my new automobile. I called on a Sunday, and Mr. Morris called me and sat up an appointment. I was not really ready but when I came in and he guided me through the process it was quick, and before I know it i was in my new SUV and out in less than 5 hrs, and you know that you can waist your whole day going thru the .process of getting a new car, but I didn't. Thanks team.
