Buying a new car

This was my 3rd Honda from this dealership. The sales person was very friendly and courteous. Gave me an excellent price and supported throughout the buying process. Highly recommended.

Mr. Davenport

Mr. Davenport was great, he made the process a lot easier that prior experience. He even took the extra time to ensure that my wife and myself were aware of all the accessories and their functions of my new vehicle. I would strongly recommend him to any of my friends.

Excellent service

Anthony provides me an excellent services for buying my first new car. I came there in later afternoon and he was pretty patient to answer all my questions and stay with me to 9 pm to waiting for car from other place.

Exceeded my expectations

As a first time car buyer I wasn't quite sure of what to expect. However, Anthony quickly put my worries at ease and got me the exact car I was looking for at the price I wanted. New Insight

Business manger was a little too pushy during the final paperwork phase trying sell additional coverage, That I was not interested in purchasing told him at least three times, to no avail.

Catered to our needs

Jim Powell and Quentin were fantastic. They were friendly and true professionals. My wife and I had considered buying a 2016 accord on their lot, but car had sport rims that were terribly scratched. They offered to fix the rims but I was still unsure if they could follow up on that. We soon left. Days latter I get a call from Jim asking us to come back and talk. We decided to give him another shot. We pulled up to the lot and there was the beautifully detailed car we had considered but this time the rims looked great. Jim came through for us and the deal was made. Thanks again!

Great Car Buying Experience

Overall extremely pleased with buying experience. Dealing with Earl Errera and Anthony Davenport was such a pleasure from beginning to end. Very honest, straightforward, patient and kind. Anthony has such a calm, reassuring manner --he took really good care of us in explaining all the details of transaction, car functions etc. I totally felt well cared for. The whole buying process was smooth, efficient and pleasant. A shout out to both Earl Errera and Anthony Davenport for making a much dreaded car buying process an enjoyable one!

Anthony Davenport is awesome

My husband, dad and baby came in to look at a used Honda Fit and Anthony helped us get the price that felt fair to us. Joe was helpful in the financial part of the process too.

Great Car Buying Experience

We had a great experience buying a new car at Ourisman Honda in Laurel! Our salesman, Ramon Hart, was a true professional. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and a true partner in the process. Everyone at the dealership was very focused on customer service and ensuring that we were happy with our new purchase.
