I was pleased with the level of knowledge of the sales rep. He explained the features of the vehicle very well and I was able to ask a lot of questions.

Overall very good experience. No high pressure. This is very much appreciated. Carlos, my salesman was brand new and admitted such. I had no issues with that because he was very helpful, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable, and thorough. He is a pleasure to work with and a credit to your fine dealership. Everyone I interfaced with at the dealership was very helpful. Carlos and team worked to find a work-around to a credit security lock I had put on my credit two years ago due a warning I received from the OPM that my personal information was compromised in a major security breach. Joe R. Finance was able to resolve the issue. He is very friendly and helpful. He and my wife hit it off when he discovered she is a CPA. This is my 4th Honda and my second from this dealership. I will not only plan to return for a 5th Honda. I will definitely visit this dealership first!

Anthony was great- no other way to word it. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and very straightforward. I entered the dealership at 4pm and was driving off in my brand new 2018 Accord by 6pm. This was my first time purchasing a car, on my own, in my name. Anthony really made me feel at ease with my choice to purchase and really helped every step of the way. Mfons’customer service was so exceptional that, I ended up buy another vehicle from Ourisman Honda. Unfortunately, Mfon was not available for the purchase of the new car, he was providing outstanding service to another new Ourisman customer. I was a little bummed out however, the Ourisman dealship did fill in with another outstanding sales associate. Not only WILL I recommend friends and family to Ourisman Honda of Laurel but, Mr. Mfon would be the direct sales associate I refer them to. First class service from Mfon and Ourisman Honda of Laurel!!!!!

Overall good experience at Ourisman, Ramon was awesome to work with, he was not pushy or too naggy compared to other dealers I've worked with. Finance (separate department) was a bit rough and there were many misunderstandings, but in the end we worked it out properly. Also sales director was good at his job and a "jerk", got a good price, but had to buy that day (I wasn't quite prepared, but he made a good deal).

Overall good experiance and friendly staff and would go there again. Staff Will patiently work with you. Recommend Mfon as a go to Salesman. Great

Had a great experience at this dealership. The staff is all very friendly and made what is a somewhat stressful process feel easy. Felt that I got a great deal and am happy knowing I can return for anything I may need and feel welcomed, like for the free car washes!
