Not bad but not the Best
I purchased a car here and my salesman was nice but he told me one price and then the manager came in and tried to up the price. He says the salesman misspoke and that they couldn’t do it for that price. They said on the Honda side there is no dealership fee but on the Volkswagen side there is and my salesman was from the Honda side so thats why he told me that there was no fee. I came in with financing already and specifically stated that I did not want my credit ran for financing. They had me sit there for over an hour once we agreed on a price. The finance manager comes in and says he can get me a lower price and I say no thank you he replies in all my years I’ve never met someone who didn’t want to save money. He says he will be right back another 40 minutes goes by. He comes back to inform me I was in luck he found me two companies they work with to give me lower payments. I asked him did he run my credit he said no I told you I didn’t need to I only ran it for the purchase of the car not for finacing. I wanted to just stick with my credit union. Few days later and I check my credit report and my credit was ran twice once for a credit union membership (so I could be qualified for finacing) that I didn’t apply for and another time with an auto finance company neither of which I authorized. I specifically wrote on a paper I signed for them that I did not authorize them to run my credit for finance. When my plates came in no one called me thank goodness I checked in periodically. I would still recommend the dealership to someone but I would tell them about my experience so tht they are in alert.

Art of the Deal
I recently purchased my fifth vehicle from Ourisman Honda of Laurel. The dealership has a wonderful service department and provides excellent customer service. However, it is Ramon Hart that keeps me coming back. If you want to purchase a car hassle free, ask for Ramon. He is helpful without being pushy and happily answers questions even months after you have signed on the dotted line.

Your dealership provided me excellent customer service and a great price on my new 2018 Honda Accord. Everyone from sales to finance were very pleasant to deal with. Mfon is one of the best salesman that I've ever encountered. I'm 60 years old and have dealt with lots of sales people both in my personal life and in business. Mfon guided me through the evaluation and buying process and truly looked at this from a customer's perspective. If it wasn't for him, I most likely would have shopped around a little bit more.

great buying experience
I was dreading buying a new car, and had looked at several local Honda dealers. My salesman, Brandon Hickson-Hamilton, was great. There were no games with pricing (as I had experienced elsewhere), and he definitely went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with the car and had all of my questions answered. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone wanting to buy a car. Jennifer Smith in finance was amazing as well! Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. They made the process of buying a car fun.

Not Impressed
Could not recommend this dealership. They were only worried about getting a sale vice delivering a quality experience. My car sale was rushed and high pressure. It worked and I made a purchase. The experience evaluating my trade in was ‘shady’ I was told that my car was in poor condition yet my salesman actually told me he would like to buy it because it looks well kept. Regardless I went forward. The model I was interested in was hastily delivered from a nearby dealer without the accessories I wanted. All weather mats were available but just thrown on top of the existing ones. Shipping wrap inside the car was not removed. I made an appointment to have the accessories installed only to show up and find out service will not do edge guards on that day. Also - I believe it is dishonest not to post additional warranty costs. These additional costs should be made transparent and not thrown into the equation during the sales signing. I turned them down because I was buying a Honda - it should run! However the sales representative was pushing the extended warranty. If it is a good idea then tell me about it right away. Put it on the website. Unfortunately buying a car is still painful experience and Oursisman appears content in keeping it that way. I will not be back
