We shopped (4) dealers via the internet, got their offers and then went to Ourisman first as they offered the best deal. Brandon was a man who knew what he was talking about and had no issues with doing whatever was necessary to get me into the car that he knew I wanted. This is the first time I have bought a car and it didn't feel like they were trying to pull the wool over my eyes. Victoria in finance is the sweetest woman I have ever met in my life and was able to pull some financing options that really worked in my favor. I highly recommend both of them to you.

My wife and I came to the dealership after checking out several cars at a nearby CarMax. We were not expecting to leave making a purchase (and we were expecting some stressfulness), but we found great value and worked with a terrific salesman. James displayed a calm, personable, and professional demeanor in his approach to selling. We were on a very tight budget with some recent major life changes (home/baby), and never felt pressured for a second. He explained in detail every question we had regarding the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable from the beginning to the end of the sale, and more than willing to go the extra mile. He even helped us get our car, which we drove in, washed.
