I was in the market for a new vehicle and found Ourisman Honda of Laurel very easy to work with over email/text unlike other dealerships. They were able to provide me with a written detailed cost of our final agreed upon price which saved me time once I got to the dealership to complete the purchase. Some other dealerships were not willing to put anything in writing or weren't very timely in their responses. I also had the best sales rep, Chuka! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and I did not feel rushed or pressured during my test drive. On the day of my purchase he was there to greet me and help me through the process. He even so kindly asked if he could help move the process along by moving my belongings from my old vehicle to the new vehicle which he very meticulously put in the same place. That was a big help and saved me time while I finished up the paperwork. He has also been very responsive in answering follow up questions I had after the vehicle purchase. Highly recommend buying a vehicle here and ask for Chuka!! He goes above and beyond!

I came here to buy a car for my daughter. Chuka was my sale person who helped me to complete the process quickly and efficiently. He is very respectful and very knowledgeable. There was an issue with a car part that I was told was included with the vehicle, and Chuka made sure i received that part, as well as installed it himself. Exemplary service from an incredible rep. I just bought a 2018 Honda Accord from Ourisman Honda. The salesman, Anthony Davenport, was excellent. Prior to coming to the dealership, Anthony answered all my questions over the phone and when we got there had the model, color and trim package waiting for us to test drive. Anthony was very polite, not pushy at all, knowledgeable, and a true gentleman. I would recommend Ourisman Honda in Laurel, Md. and in particular ask to speak to Anthony.

Hi, We are a military family, one part living in Baltimore and the other in Houston. We loss 2 cars in 2 months and quoted car in that period in 5 cities and 3 states to get the best price. We finished buying 2 cars within 4 weeks apart from Brandon in Ourisman Honda. Brandon gave me all the information that I needed, did not pushed nor was rude but over all Brandon and Ourisman Management gave us the best prices right away. It was cheaper to buy a car and ship it to Houston than buy it in Texas. I am sure, no matter where I live, when I need to buy another car I will call Brandon again.
