They were able to provide me with a written detailed cost of our final agreed upon price which saved me time once I got to the dealership to complete the purchase. Some other dealerships were not willing to put anything in writing or weren't very timely in their responses. I also had the best sales rep, Chuka! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and I did not feel rushed or pressured during my test drive. On the day of my purchase he was there to greet me and help me through the process. He even so kindly asked if he could help move the process along by moving my belongings from my old vehicle to the new vehicle which he very meticulously put in the same place. That was a big help and saved me time while I finished up the paperwork. He has also been very responsive in answering follow up questions I had after the vehicle purchase. Highly recommend buying a vehicle here and ask for Chuka!! He goes above and beyond!

I just bought a 2018 Honda Accord from Ourisman Honda. The salesman, Anthony Davenport, was excellent. Prior to coming to the dealership, Anthony answered all my questions over the phone and when we got there had the model, color and trim package waiting for us to test drive. Anthony was very polite, not pushy at all, knowledgeable, and a true gentleman. I would recommend Ourisman Honda in Laurel, Md. and in particular ask to speak to Anthony.
