INFINITI of Naperville

Adam was great and too the point. No run around showing off features I was not interested. Got an understanding of what I was looking for and went from there. He showed me how to adjust several settings that I was not familiar with going into a 2020 as my last car was a 2013. Overall he was great and not your typical sales person pushy. Definitely recommend working with him if not trying to spend an entire day looking at options.

I recently visited Infiniti of Naperville for the first time and ended up purchasing a vehicle the same day. I didn't really know what I wanted to buy but had heard good things about the brand. Adam Murczek at Infiniti was very welcoming and easy to talk to and asked questions about what I was looking for in a car. He knew what would be a good fit based on my comments and concerns. It was a nice change to actually have someone that listened to what I said instead of just going through all the different types of vehicles they had to sell at the location. In addition, he provided detailed descriptions on numerous features on the vehicle and while on the test drive he demonstrated those features so I could see for myself how they worked. He also answered my questions and didn't make me feel stupid for the ones that I did ask. When I did purchase the car I really appreciated his showing me how things worked and then he made sure I could replicate the setup that he just demonstrated. Instead of just rushing through things and doing the setup he actually took the time to go through the steps and make sure I understood how to do things myself. He also offered to be available to answer any questions or concerns I had in the future about the car and if he didn't know the answer he would find the solution. I have already shared my good experience with family and friends and will recommend that they see Adam when considering purchasing a car in the future!

Randy was super helpful through the process. He not only did he give us space and still maintained contact at our requests while we made decisions to get new vehicle. He made sure we were notified when promotions were on that matched our situation. He was extremely kind and knowledgeable about the car.
