They must have better luck.

They must have better luck. I’d leave 0 stars. Spoke to them since 9:30. Offered to put money down. Talked numbers. Drove half way there(1:45) and found out they sold it to someone else.

Absolutely amazing place to buy a car.

Absolutely amazing place to buy a car. Amir was our sales rep and he was absolutely the best car salesman I have ever worked with (and I have worked with a lot over the last 4 years)! Joe in financing was amazing! They worked with me to get the price I wanted, financing that was better than I expected and I drove away with the car I came for. I highly recommend checking out Infiniti of Naperville if you are looking for a car. The whole staff was friendly and no one was pushy. A totally refreshing experience! PLUS they had coffee, tea, water and fresh cookies!

Working with Amir in sales and Joesph in finance made

Working with Amir in sales and Joesph in finance made buying a car seamless. I found my car online and called to inquire. I was connected with Amir who made himself very available by text messaging to answer all of my questions. He is spectacular to work with. Joseph gave us an incredible rate due to our great credit that no one can beat. Thank you both.

Randy was great.

Randy was great. He made the purchase process very smooth and was very helpful throughout. He was very easy to work and communicate with and I enjoyed my experience. I would be happy to work with him again on a future car purchase.

Fantastic experience all around. Magdalena was very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in and was instrumental in guiding me through the process. The entire experience was smooth, friendly and professional. Joseph was a delight to work with in finance and he was patient and knowledgeable in working me through that process. There is a reason I have been coming to Infiniti of Naperville for years, and it is because of their team members. Buying a car is stressful enough, but it truly helps to have partners in the process who understand and appreciate my needs and work hard and collaboratively to meet them. Most importantly, Magda and Joseph are great people and I enjoyed hearing about why they are passionate about what they do. Just a great experience all around.
