Excellent Experience

I have been looking to purchase a used Infiniti and was unsure of which model to choose. Not only was Doug excellent to work with, he offered to test drive both a Q50 and a G37 so I could make a better decision. I am also in sales, and his product knowledge, customer service and demeanor are EXACTLY what you look for as a buyer. He was able to provide more useful information about the cars we drove in 10 minutes than I could find in hours of online research. It helped that the number of vehicles to choose from was more than the nearest three dealers combined! He makes the buying experience much more enjoyable and hassle-free than I have experienced at other dealers and I look forward to returning to Infiniti of Naperville in the future!!

Sold! And I still feel good about it!

Overall experience with Naperville Infinity was fabulous. 1) Although we arrived right before the dealership closing, the dealership agreed to stay open and didn't make us feel rushed. 2) Having a delivery specialist sit in the car and go over all the bells and whistles.... 3) Service was fast, clean... Loaner wasn't some crappy used car off the lot, but a brand new QX600. No hassles and no waiting! (There was a recall on the car that required fixing, at no charge) Sales: Adam took the time to take us on the test 'tour' of the truck. I call it a tour, as it was a well-planned route highlighting the features of the car and how to use them. I was a woman buying a car; he talked and showed everything directly to me even though my husband and son were there as well. Usually, I'm nervous driving with strangers in a car I've never driven before, but he was very friendly and encouraged me to truly 'test' the truck. Made my experience fun! I actually look forward to buying another car from him one day! Finance: Ray was great. He spent the time to check with several financial companies to get me several different financial options so I could compare and make the best decision for me. Love the DocuPad, it made the signing process extremely simple and quick. Delivery: Justin was so patient! He answered all my questions, showed me all the interworkings of the truck. I'm in IT and generally know how things work.... he didn't dumb it down and I really appreciated the time he spent with me. We went through how to use the Music Box, Voice recognition to changing a tire (removing the spare). He was a walking user manual! Service: Hillary and her team were awesome! Very friendly and responsive. Service got the truck done ahead of schedule! Long Review, I know.... but, I was very happy with my experience and couldn't honestly imagine going anywhere else for my car needs. Thank you!

Great experience

Great car, Randy Chin provided excellent service. Overall buying experience was seamless and completed in a timely fashion. Nice to have plates and title paperwork all taken care of.
