We test drove the Infiniti QX80 with Adam Murczek. He was extremely knowledgable about everything related to the car buying process, as well as the car itself. It was very much a no pressure environment. Would highly recommend.

Great experience / Hassle free
I had specific requests for my vehicle. All of which were met, and got it ready in few days. The pricing was very competitive and I didn't need to look anywhere else. Few emails and phone calls, walked into the dealership for less than 30 min and drove out in my new car. John Hale made things really smooth.

Great experience- Smooth and hassle free
I just purchased an M-series from this dealership and I was extremely pleased with the entire experience from test drive to inking the deal thanks to Sean P. Their pricing was fair which takes out all the BS and haggling you'd expect. I purchased one of their pre-owned but was given the same 5 Star treatment which I really appreciated. The vehicle has the tech package and they took the time to go over each feature with me and even helped pair my phone. I will certainly be back to purchase a new Inifiity in the near future. Thanks guys!

When we entered the dealership we meet Adam Murczek and were impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of all the vehicles we looked at. When we took a ride he drove first and explained the features of the vehicle to us. He took the time to drive to our home to make sure the vehicle fit into our garage. All the other staff we met at the dealership were very professional and nice to deal with.

Great no pressure experience
Sean and the team provided a very good shopping experience. Not only did I feel we received a great deal on our trade in as well as the purchase of our QX80. New car
This is by far the best dealership I have purchased cars from. The process was extremely easy and no hassle or pressure to buy. Sean was a man of his word and didn't try to up sell me nor did he try to over price the vehicle. The entire staff was incredible from the general manager to the finance guy. The knowledge of the product was impressive as well.

No hastle
I just leased my 2nd vehicle from Sean at Infinity of Naperville. Sean was able to release me early on the 1st lease, due to mileage allowance.
