Poor response to requests
Brought my car in at 7:00 AM for 75000 service check. Told them there was no hurry and that I would pick it up in the afternoon. Also asked them to check the car and give me a figure of how much I could get for resale. Called at 3:30 PM. They said it wasn't done. Later I was called and said it would be ready by 6:00 PM. When I finally did get the car there was no estimate for value of the car. It was mentioned when I brought the car in that I had not had it serviced at their dealership for several years. Infiniti Qx50
Mark Schoeberlein has been amazing to us. He is very honest and trustworthy. We would request to work with Mark again. We bought a car. Had it for a day and realized it was hurting my back. He worked with us and did'nt treat us differently because we had an issue. I was very worried we would be treated rudely. But we were treated by Mark and everyone at the dealership with nothing but care and understanding. I was so stressed out, and now you have helped us with our problem! Time to Replace my 2003 Infinity I 35
Unfortunately the time has come to replace my I 35. I really love this car and have enjoyed owning and driving it for thirteen years. It is a difficult decision for me to decide if I should lease or buy and Adam Murczek has been so helpful and patient with the process. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I really didn't think I would get another Infinity since I am now retired. I thought I would get something more economical and practical but after shopping around at Toyota and Honda I don't think I can get the quality or price anywhere but Infinity. I was very nervous about leasing because it is unfamiliar territory for me but he did an excellent job explaining everything. I purchased a vehicle from this dealer 13 years ago.
