Excellent experience
We just bought a q50 for our son,Adam Murczek assisted us and he did an excellent job from start to finish,very detailed in explaining and demonstrating the features of the car,made us feel relaxed and convinced.We agreed for a delivery date but had a change of plan,and eventhough it was his day off,he drove back from Wisconsin to the dealership so that we can finish the paperwork and we can bring home the car. Best QX70 Buying Experience with Jon Hale!
My wife and I stopped in to test drive an Infiniti and ended up buying a QX70 from Jon Hale at Infiniti of Naperville. Jon's knowledge of all the models and options made the experience efficient and fun. Jon was extremely personable and fun to work with from the minute we walked into the dealership. He was very patient in answering all our questions especially after we arrived at the dealership to purchase the car at closing time. We never felt rushed in any phase of the process and he stayed with us long after the dealership closed to make sure we had everything we needed. An amazing salesman that you should ask for by name. Another great experience
We just bought our second QX80 from Sean Pelkey at Infiniti of Naperville! This is our 3rd Infiniti from Sean & this dealership and couldn't imagine dealing with anyone else. Best car buying experience I've ever had!
A few weeks ago, while I was out of town, a hit and run driver totaled my car while it was parked on the street. Car shopping when you have to do it is a frustrating enough experience; adding in the surprise element of all of a sudden needing a new car on a tight timeline made it worse. I searched for an affordable "new-to-me" car for three weeks, visited multiple dealerships where I was treated fairly but they didn't have what I was looking for, and visited multiple dealerships where they had what I was looking for but I was treated in such a manner that I would never give them my business. At one dealership, two sales people actually fought over who got to work with me while standing right in front of me. Then, the perfect used car appeared on Infiniti of Naperville's website. I called to inquire and I was connected with Adam, who told me all about the car, texted me pictures, and told me he would have it waiting for a test drive when I arrived. Now, I don't consider myself a person who would even consider setting foot on an Infiniti dealership normally, so I was a bit apprehensive, but it turned out to be the best car buying experience I've ever had. Adam was welcoming and respectful of me as the car buyer, took me on a great test drive loop, and met me at exactly the price point I asked for with no hassle. It made my decision a no-brainer; of course I was buying this car! He even drove me to drop off my rental car and to make a stop at the bank! I walked out an hour later with keys in hand and a giant smile, very relieved car shopping was over. I would recommend Adam to anyone; I've never had such a positive experience doing something I've always actively tried to avoid! Go see him; you won't be disappointed!

A++ experience with this team. Excellent buying experience.
I started with the website, which let me to Christian (internet sales), who directed me to Adam (inside sales). Adam is direct and to the point but also friendly. NO BS with Adam. He tells you the way it is and is a straight shooter, which is the way I like to do business. Adam has excellent and in depth knowledge of the Infinity line. We started with a test drive, Adam explained the features in depth and demonstrated them on a test drive. He made sure that I tested key strengths of the car as I test drove. Adam worked with the sales manager on a few minor negotiation points and got the deal done very quickly. I could not have been at the dealership more than 1.25 hours including test drive. The car was priced well, the staff is excellent. This dealership is top notch. I can't comment on the quality of work yet because the car is being detailed before I pickup, I expect that the detail will be excellent based on my experience so far.

Overall Satisfied 100%/Come See Them!
I recently purchased a certified pre-owned 2012 Infiniti 25x from Adam Murczek and he and his team listed below really was patient with and worked the numbers to my liking so I could be comfortable making my car note. Adam is really knowledgeable about cars in general and furthermore, he is willing to tell you advice like he would tell his own son or daughter. Mike Korallus and Ray Wolski worked magic and I got very close to my most ideal payment number, but overall they are super nice and also even after more than a few hours they never rushed me and my mom and I would recommend all three and I am sure the rest of the team there is exceptional. Also Christian helped me online with a few questions so he was cool too.
