I recently purchased a BMW X5 from Frank, and could not have had a more pleasant experience. I had been looking for a used X5 with low miles for a while; Frank located the perfect vehicle for me. It had every option I had requested, low miles, and a great price. Frank was really easy to work with, friendly, and professional.

Bill Haines' efforts, attention to detail and follow-up...

Bill Haines' efforts, attention to detail and follow-up was beyond my expectations and I was treated fairly and honestly. Lisle's general manager Peter and sales manager Joe also contributed significantly to a very pleasant dealer experience. They were fair on price and no surprises. I would give Bill my next business with no hesitation.

I purchased my M35x in November 2008 and have no regrets. The salse people are all so nice, they make you feel like family. The day I went in just to look and maybe take a test dirve, I had been out car shopping with my daugther. We had been to several dealers that day and Infiniti of Lisle was the last stop. We went for a drive, I knew after that I was hooked. How could you not be, the M35x has a sophisticated look and lots of room. I think my sales person Steven Johnson knew but did not presure me to buy, he knew I'd be back to buy the car. After a few days I did go back to Infiniti of Lisle and talked with Steven Johnson,it was a nice experience and the price was right. I would recommend Infiniti of Lisle if your looking for a new car. Steven Johnson was very pleasent to work with and knows what it takes to keep his customers happy. Today I test drove the new 09 2 door retractable hard top, its so nice I might just buy it!

Buying a car at Infiniti of Lisle was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I have ever had. My wife and I arrived late in the evening after shopping several dealerships that day. It was to be our first luxury car purchase. The salesman who showed us around was Bill Haines. He was willing to take the time and explained in great detail the advantages of the G35. After an extensive test drive, we began to discuss pricing. Bill was fantastic in helping us to obtain the right price for the car. The extra details for future service, such as the loaner car confirms in our mingfd we made the right decision. We look forward to working with Bill Haines in the very near future.

Recently, I brought my QX4 to Infiniti of Lisle. I received such awesome service. Mike Harlow, really is such a pleasure to work with. He is an asset to the dealership. Every time I need service I go through Mike and every time I get my car back clean and repaired as promised and when promised. He is one class act. In the past, whenever I needed service on my other vehicles, Chryslers, I must tell you that I never did take my cars to the dealer to be serviced. The thought never even crossed my mind. With my Infiniti, it is the other way around. I wouldn't dream of taking it anywhere but to Inifiti of Lisle, and I am not going to lie here, the major reason is because of Mike Harlow and how I am treated. In my past experiences with Chrysler and Dodge, I have been treated poorly and as though I was ignorant because I am a woman. Not with Mike and Infiniti of Lisle. He is very gracious and respectful - he is the best and his going above and beyond is appreciated. Thank you.

this gentleman had alot of experience in the field of business whether it was an infiniti i was looking at or a cheap vehicle that i bought i had the same quality of serivice which is greatly appreciated. The dealer is located on a highway exit which was hard to find but i know where i will be buying my second vehicle from if they get another one for a good deal because i have had no problems with this one yet

Prior to purchasing my car I visited this dealer couople times. I was very impresed with the frendliness and honesty of the sales rep. I dont know how to explain but he got my trust and confidence. Service was great and after negotiation price was good as well. Overall very nice experience.
