Infiniti of Orland Park stepped into my story at a

Infiniti of Orland Park stepped into my story at a devastating low point. The dreaded check Engine Light alert came on and I was immediately stressed. I was lucky to meet Austin the manager at a time when he was just helping his team checkin customers. He was kind and empathetic and effectively communicated the issues with my car. When I couldn’t think straight he made sure he asked the right questions, like “Do you have transportation?” Which I had not thought of. He set me up with a loaner and told me we would figure it out. That is exactly what he did. I believe a manager sets the tone for the staff and Austin is definitely doing that. I have purchased my last 3 cars from Infiniti of Orland and I will definitely get my next one from there.
