This was the second time I've buying a car and my first Lexus. I'm extremely happy with the CPO vehicle I found at Lexus of silver spring. The entire process was was hassle free. Both Ali and Sally were fantastic to work with.

Today, my husband and I signed for our third vehicle with Shell Lewis of Lexus of Silver Spring. Shell is extremely professional, very patient, highly knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. This time around, we also had the pleasure of working with Mr. Ben Lare in the finance department. Ben was well prepared, speedy, and very kind--easy to work with! I highly recommend Lexus of Silver Spring,but more importantly Shell Lewis and Ben Lare. Their customer service is top notch. I'm a customer for life!

This review is about my experience with the Darcars Lexus team and specifically about Sam Kim. They are my first choice for a local Lexus dealership because Sam was and is exceptional. Darcars did not have the RX 450h in the color combination I wanted, so Sam made the effort to locate one that was quite a distance away, and had it delivered. He earned my trust through an energetic display of incredible customer service and commitment. A large ticket purchase can be intimidating, but Sam was kind, respectful, earnest, and honest. He repeatedly showed me that I could trust him to be good for his word. The car arrived with a couple of issues the out of state dealership had not disclosed, but Sam advocated for me to make sure any concerns were addressed, and the team at Darcars made sure everything was fixed. Sam understands the importance of communications with customers. He was my advocate and has earned my loyalty and business going forward. He has set an incredible standard for customer service and I would not have bought the 450h were it not for him. Jeannie Han in finance also gets a giant shout-out: she too was super kind and helpful.

I drove quite a distance to get the car I wanted & Sam Kim (my salesman) made sure that happened. Sam Kim has even followed up to make sure I'm still happy with my recent purchase.
