Worst customer service.No response from the dealer . I don’t know the car is available for sale .

The salesman told me their prices are set and non negotiable sort of like CarMax’s policy. Except when you drive the used car off the lot unlike CarMax there’s no 30 day return policy nor bumper to bumper warranty during that period. Total waste of my time.

Most enjoyable car purchasing experience. We negotiated the OTD price beforehand via email and calls. After agreed upon the OTD, we drove there (3hr away) and checked the car we intended to buy. No issue found and then we quickly finalized the paperwork. Matt Manuel is the sales representative who helps us handle this process. He is very professional and cordial. He gives a very detailed explanation on basics of the car so that I do not have any issue driving home. (my first Lexus). Kai Graham and Delmy Vasquez are internet sales personnel and both of them are very responsive and reasonable during price negotiation. Never been pushed or tricked to buy any add-ons or services during the whole process. Highly recommend this dealership.
