Has the exact car I was looking for.Price was reasonable at the time. I traveled from southeastern Pa. on a Sunday to complete the purchase. All was good till we discussed the details ,and I was informed they had a plan that was in addition to the price of the car,and was mandatory for the sale. It was somewhere around $2300.00 and included a yearly detail and some other things. I reluctantly signed the agreement and made the purchase. This add on was never mentioned in the ad on Auto-Trader and not presented to me till late in the process. Would not have made the purchase, however I drove a few hours to get there.

Alban is a good professional sales agent. I would like to come to see him more.

Great experience at Lexus of Silver Springs. Alex, sales rep, Nived, the manager, and Joseph, in finance were patient and professional. All of my question and concerns with the paper work and car were quickly addressed. Alex even helped me to return my rental car. Best experience so far buying a Lexus.

My experience was not good. The dealership tried to grab extra money beyond what they had promised to sell the car for -- and they were not forthright about it. I had to read carefully to discover what they were up to. I was left with the impression that they are unethical. I walked out because I am not willing to do business with unethical people.

I’m 2 hours away from them. The drive was definitely worth it. I had originally gone to Lexus Koons of Wilmington but the customer service was just not it. As soon as I got here, Geo inspired trust, he was honest, he walked me to and researched different options. I honestly forgot he was a salesman because of how casual and open he was, I spent a good deal of time with him looking at cars and I never felt the sales pressure. When we sat down we reviewed the car I chose, and he gave me the offer, respecting what I had told him from the start; that I didn’t want to finance. That’s where they marked a huge difference for me, Koons of Wilmington kept pushing financing offers to me and never respected my decision. After Geo reviewed the offer, the manager, Marius, came over introduced himself and again, he inspired trust, he was honest direct and to the point, he even sat down and reviewed everything once more to make sure we were taken care of, and offered a great deal. Joe in finance, finished everything for us, he figured everything out with the difference in states, got us hooked up and ready to go with everything we needed. He was very respectful and informative. Between the 3 of them the experience was seamless, I felt confident in my decision, they were all respectful, they listened, and inspired trust. I honestly couldn’t recommend working with them more, they really are, just the best, they made the drive and my time worthwhile.
