They added extra fees that was not agreed upon. Asked for the OTD number and was given that. But when signing paperwork there was additional fees I never agreed upon. Tried to tell the finance but they tried to argue with me. It still fit my budget so I bought it. Worst mistake ever. Is being 9 weeks and my title and registration is still in “process “. And went I came to get an update they give me the round about and say they will came me back. But they never do and I have to call back every time just to be put on hold for 30 mins and told they are busy and someone will call me back. And they don’t just a big ole looop. Run from this place and go somewhere else
