I have brought several lexus’ from this dealership and will only buy my lexus’ from Alex and this dealership. Everyone is so professional from the sales (Alex) to the finance (Sally) to the service (Andris). I love this team they make things happen!!!

Chris Cedeno is just an amazing car dealer. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. I felt so comfortable working with him. Being as though I’m a women and supposedly going to a car dealership as women wanting to buy a car alone is a bad idea. Chris walked me through everything and was very clear on everything. He even went the extra mile to make my experience stress free. I’m so grateful and happy that I had him as my dealer. I walked away feeling like I got a real deal and he threw in some very nice Lexus key chains that I actually use. He even help me clear out my car and made sure I left happy. I didn’t feel no regrets or doubts and I’ve had my care for two weeks now. I really lucked up having him as my dealer. Chris is just more than amazing. Great personality too.

I have been a loyal customer with Lexus of Silver Spring, Md for going on 11 years. I purchased my second vehicle about 1 years and a half ago, and recently I had to bring my car in for service to get a fuse replace, which they replaced almost immediately! I dealt with Alex Silva for the majority of the time and he was exceptional! He was more than accommodating and made sure all my questions were answered. And may I add he was super nice! Now, I can say with the 2 vehicles I have purchased with this dealer, ES 350 and GX460, I have NEVER had any major issues with my vehicles. But, any of the times I need to have either one of my vehicles serviced, I always... ALWAYS received top notch service. I will always be a customer of Lexus ( i may switch models every several years but i will ALWAYS drive a Lexus from DARCARS Lexus of Silver Spring) and that's because of the exceptional customer service. 5 STARS!
