Bought my Lexus

I bought my new Lexus from waqar , we had a great experience. He was very friendly and helpful. He was honest and easy going. We have a new home a Lexus of Silver Spring is our new dealership for life.

Just Magnificent. No words needed.

Always getting supreme deal with Tony Kim. This is my 5th car from him personally. I bought 2019 Lexus RC 350 F sports on July 4th and so far I am enjoying it day by day. All the services were nice and smooth with detailed quote that no other dealership could not beat at all. Always, always loving the dealership 100%. Currently, my wife drives 2019 RX 350 F sport from Tony. She also loves it so much. Definitely coming back to Tony and Silver Spring Lexus!

Great car buying experience for both of my purchases!

This my second car purchased from Lexus of Silver Spring. It was a very pleasant experience my sales person was Alexander. He was very friendly, knowledgeable about the features of the car and very patient. My finance person was Chris. He was also very friendly and accommodating and tried to give me the best possible options. I also interacted with the manager Andres who was also very polite and offered to assist me with anything I needed assistance with after purchasing the car.

Screwed up my tag transfer MVA suspended tags

Bought a used Lexus & transferred tags from old vehicle to new vehicle. 2 months later I received notice from MVA that my tags were suspended for failure to transfer tags from old car to new car. Called dealer on Monday 7/28/19 to speak to sales rep, given runaround, spoke to finance and person in title work, promised a call back from the manager. Still haven’t heard back from dealership or manager & tags on car still suspended. Gonna sue dealer if I get charged with driving on suspended tags.

Magic Happened!- Marla

I visited Lexus of Silver Spring a few days ago searching for a pre-owned GX460 to replace my ancient automobile. When I walked into the dealership, Mr. Isaac Okebugwu met me with a smile and warm greeting. He was very patient, listened to my requirements and presented me with several selections and test rides. I then changed my mind and was desiring a new automobile instead. I did not see anything on the lot that met my requirements but magically, Mr. Isaac searched his database and found me a new GX460, EXACTLY meeting my specifications! It also was driven over to the dealership in less than 15 minutes! That was magical!! I want to thank Mr Isaac for his resourcefulness, professionalism and patience through the entire process. He is fantastic!!

Fantastic Experience

I always stay in the Lexus Family. Bought 2019 Lexus, Yesterday. Ulrick Ulcenat , Certified Executive Sales Consultant was the BEST. Knowledgeable, Courteous, Professional, Patient, I had a lot of questions, car has lots of bells/whistles, he explained each one, took about an hour. He gased my new car up and I was gone. Bravo! RUN FAR AWAY!!

It has been two months since I purchased (cash) a pre-owned Lexus from Darcars Lexus of Silver Spring. This car is still not mine however, there has been no title issued, no tags transferred and no warranty information in my name. I am driving around in a car I do not own and paying insurance. I have been repeatedly emailing and calling with no results everyone from the manager(s) to finance to anyone who will listen. In the excitement and confusion of the purchase I do not have a registration either. The state of MD is not happy and is threatening to suspend my license. I have spent HOURS heading into DAYS trying to get a resolution. No return phone calls. One email from someone on the new car side saying sorry for my trouble. This is my second Lexus; I have been to many Lexus dealerships Salesperson Bayo -no help, Finance James Wang - no return calls or emails - also pledged to help BILLY KARAGIORGIS - no acknowledgement of phone call or multiple emails - KISCOTT GANU no reply to emails, Trevor Warwick, GM no reply, Chris Santiago Finance - no return calls or reply to emails despite his assurance to help. i have written 7 on Your Side. I live near Frederick so Silver Spring is not exactly on my way to anywhere. Stay away from this dealership - they give car buying a bad name!!
