If you are a FEMALE DON'T GO HERE

If you are a young adult female and want to be harassed. This is your place. I will try to make my story short and sweet as possible. This was my first time buying a car on my own and my experience was absolutely horribly especially at this dealership that has a big fraternity bro culture that likes to sweep things under the rug. I decided to buy my first car here because they had the color and style I wanted. It was also the first Lexus plug in so I was eligible for the tax credit. However, they told me I had to go in early before my arrived and purchase the car because they were changing the bill. So yes I was thankful they told me, however, they set me up with a brand new finance manager named Nived who apparently just got promoted from sales. I was all by myself when I came in and expected this to only take an hour but it turned into nearly 3 hours. First, Nived kept adding packages and would only tell me how much my monthly payment would be with the packages. He would never tell me how much the packages actually were. Then I was very upset when he kept telling me how I wasn't eligible for certain things like my graduation rebate even though I was fully eligible. Because I was so frustrated by the process, he kept calling me "sweetie" and telling to put a smile on my face. I did not appreciate the feeling of being so degraded. I finally broke and had my dad come and help me which he did and Nived stopped calling me it. Then, I had to go to see him again when my car finally came. This time I brought my sister and he kept calling me sweetie and bringing up my smile again RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY SISTER. Even she thought it was ridiculous and rude. I was finally on my way and thought I was done with him but then I found out things he told me about my monthly payment were NOT TRUE. Like how I could put more money down right before my first payment and that would lower my monthly payment. Well not true at all because I called LEXUS and they told me that's incorrect and the only people that can help me is the dealership. So I ended up needing to go through the dealership. I wasn't even going to bring up how Nived harassed me but now I figured this was the best time to explain how awful he was. I talked to the new sales manager Wesley who even remembered me and said he would personally follow up. He never did. Luckily I was communicating with my Sales person Sheng to actually see what they were going to about it and over 4 weeks passed and I hadn't heard anything. I talked to Sheng and after discussing for weeks, they only gave me two free maintenance to hide it under the rug. I also had to even ask for it in writing because I was only hearing this from Sheng. So if you ask me this dealership is full of sleezy guys who don't respect women or even care about their customers.

The absolute best dealership around!

The absolute best dealership around! After visiting many other dealerships in my area, DARCAR Lexus gave us the best price and automobile hands down. Starting from management (Barry) to sales. The entire Lexus team was superb, very kind, polite and no stress. Could not be happier with our purchase. Look no further in my opinion if you need a new or used car, this is the place.

A situation I encountered led me to an amazing team at the Lexus of Silver Spring. First of all, I just want to say a big thank you to Mr. Marius M and Mr. Jaryd O for showing great understanding of the meaning of customer service and having the natural ability to understand customer needs. Both are professional, well mannered employees that cannot be missed. I’m writing this review because I was blessed to have met them today. Their enthusiasm, knowledge and mannerisms will bring you back to the dealership over and over again. They are good at what they do and are so welcoming that you feel at ease knowing you are at the right place. Trust me, Marius is the one see if you looking to buy a Lexus at the dealership and BELIEVE ME you will not be disappointed. I will also not forget another extraordinary employee: Raheem, you are amazing, welcoming and so professional. Every time time I take my vehicle for service and know you are there, I feel so relieved. Thanks to you all, not excluding Lupe and Brandan. Kudos!!! I am from Northern Virginia and decided to go out of my way to drive here because I heard great reviews from family members who purchased cars from this location. I had the pleasure of working with Sam Kim (Sales) and Nived Sultan (Finance). Both of them provided excellent customer service and I definitely would recommend them. I didn’t have much experience purchasing a car and they walked me through the whole process so patiently. Any questions or requests I had were answered promptly. They were very personable, professional, and put me at ease due to it being my first luxury car. I also had the pleasure of meeting Regina, their manager who was very professional and welcoming too. I am so glad I went out of my way to come here. I also appreciated how they worked as a team to find me the best deal while being transparent too. The whole process was so efficient and I will definitely get my car serviced here. I work in healthcare as an ICU nurse, so I definitely have an eye for for high quality customer service. They exceeded my expectations. I am glad to know that I made the right decision coming here.
