I’ve been going to Lexus of Silver Spring to service my 2016 Lexus for a few years now. i wasn’t in the market for a new car but the dealership had so many fabulous options it was hard to ignore. Wesley, Michael in sales and Choi and Jose in finance treated me like family. Wesley provided direct and logic reasons for considering a new vehicle; Michael had an intuitive sense about exactly what I wanted in a car and all the new features I never knew I needed. Choi and Jose worked with me fairly and directly provided the top line information I needed to make a decision as well as a variety of options to make my Lexus ownership itself a luxurious experience. As a single woman, car dealer often presume it only require charm to convince a single woman to jump into something she may not really want or afford. However, I’m an astute car buyer and all four of the team Never who served me treated me with the utmost respect…and it didn’t hurt that they were all charming as well. I walked in with a 2016 Lexus in wonderful shape I thought I could never part with and left with a 2023 model that is an absolute thrill to drive and own. The team I had was fabulous and would highly recommend them, and Lexus Silver Spring, to any friend seeking to make a purchase.

Amazing experience!! The professionalism and customer service is as luxurious as its name. Bayo is a knowledgeable and understanding sales agent, took his time to give good advice and direct me to what I really needed. He also explained the process from start to finish. Daji is an amazing sales manager, he made sure I was satisfied before proceeding. And of course Nived the finance Manager explained everything to my understanding and met my needs.
