Let me start with if there was a higher rating they would get that! My experience with them from start to finish has been AMAZING, never have I had such a good experience in buying a car. My salesman's name was Andy and he was great, kept me in the loop of everything going on. I also dealt with Marius & Yafet who then went above and beyond to get this deal done. My situation was a little challenging and I had little hopes of getting into another car let alone the car I had been looking for but these guys made it happen and I didn't have to spend all day at the dealership. They all were super nice and accommodating to my situation. Lastly the finance manager Brendan was so personable and easy to talk to and make sure everything was exactly as discussed, I couldn't have asked for a better team in this. I would recommend anyone to Darcars Lexus of Silver Spring, again I can't express how much I appreciate this whole team!! AMAZING!!!!!!

Deborah was fantastic, loved how attentive she was and professional. Brendan the finance manager was also so professional and very outgoing, and finally the sales manager that was managing my case gave me a great deal for my car, shout out to these 3 people for working with me and making everything possible to have my car

FOLLOW UP : EVEN MORE Disappointing Experience at Darcars of Lexus After my total experience with DARCARS LEXUS of Silver Spring I will be ensuring that my friends and family will NEVER purchase from DARCARS as a whole. All 30k of my IG followers will also be made aware of how potential buyers are treated with xxxx POOR customer service. AFTER Mondays experience with trying to purchase a 2021 Lexus NX 300 F Sport where the sales director Jon Berns blatantly lied in my face trying to change numbers not during negotiations but while I was writing the check. Agreed price $37,500 - trade in value $19,600 = $17,900. He insisted I write the check for $1913, well clearly that does not add up. Not the basic subtraction I was taught in elementary school. I feel this was my experience because I am a MINORITY WOMAN. I left heartbroken and left a review on FB , as well as sent emails to the General Manager Berry Feiz and the General Sales Manager Massi Kazemi the same night. I called the dealership Tuesday morning to get the number to cooperate, I spoke with Sales Manager Wesley Barriteau who informed me Berry nor Kassi were in but he would take my number and ensure that I received a call. I then received a call from Charlene in cooperate customer care, she stated she saw my FB post and would be following up after she spoke with the sales team. I waited until Wednesday afternoon and called cooperate again, I was told Charlene had stepped out and she would follow up. I still have not expressed my experience with cooperate as nobody has taken the time to take my complaint seriously. Shortly after I received a call from General Sales manager Massi Kazemi @ 3:28 pm , he expressed concern and disdain about my experience and asked was I still interested in the car. I told him I was, he stated he would look at the deal and would give me a call back as soon as he had a resolve. I expressed my trust issue with the dealership but was going to give him a chance to at least try to make it right. well this is where he made it even WORST !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I got the follow up call from him at 7:53 pm and he asked if I still wanted the car he would do the deal at $37,000 out the door , I was happy about it so we agreed I would come in today (Thursday) at 11 am to do the deal. I then received a text, "call when you get a chance , when I went to grab the keys to reserve it the car had sold/delivered this morning" see text below I called and told him " I couldn't believe this was my experience with a Luxury brand dealership" He went on to apologize but then that took a turn. He offered to sell me a new car, I said would it be the same price that you just agreed on the other car? he said "no I can't do that" so to add insult to injury you offer to sell me something higher out of my price range. I told him I would be updating my experience on FB , he responded " for your 1 bad review we will get 100 good ones and I'm trying to help I don't know why you are trying to burn bridges" just as my 1 bad review means nothing because you will get 100 good ones per him ,I can go to 100 other dealerships. He also told me "it's not your car you did not finish the deal" Well no I didn't because your finance person was being janky otherwise it would have been my car!! burn bridges ??????????????? a bridge that seems very shaky I never want to cross again in life !!!!! DARCARS Lexus has completely stripped me of my trust in LEXUS as a whole brand and company. even though my 1 little bad review means nothing to your company , I will be leaving this review on every single platform that I have access too. This was my first car buying experience.

This was my first car buying experience. I had done a bit of research, and had test driven a handful of vehicles. I had narrowed it down to make and model. Z really helped me get the most out of what I was looking for. He helped me to find the make and model with the best package AND price so that my purchase made sense. As a first time car buyer, that was my biggest concern. I wanted my major purchase to make sense. He even agreed to help me turn in my rental car at the airport so that I could just drive my car home. He went above and beyond. I am comfortable with my purchase.

I am absolutely in LOVE with my new Lexus!

I am absolutely in LOVE with my new Lexus! I have been researching luxury cars for a year and came across a car I liked that Darcars actually carried. We met Deborah, the sweetest car salesperson ever! She took her time with us when showing us the selection of cars and answered all of our questions. The GM, Barry, offered for us to take the car home for a 24-hour test drive, which was a game changer! The car was beautiful! Darcars treated us kindly without any pressure to buy. When we were ready, the process was smooth with financial manager, Nived. We were even treated with the "big red bow" on top of the car for an "over the top" exciting experience! I'm so happy we chose to buy the car from Darcars of Silver Spring, where they took the time to care about us and our hesitancy of such a large purchase. Thank you!

My experience at Darcars Lexus in Silver Spring was terrific! My sales rep was Stefany Aranda, and I couldn't be happier with her service. Stefany took the time to answer all my questions, educated me on all the new features and upgrades of the 2023 RX I purchased, and showed me how to use all the features. I work long hours and didn't arrive at the dealership about an hour before they closed. I planned to test drive a few cars and return the next day to do the paperwork for the one I liked. To my surprise, even after working a full day, Stefany didn't think twice about staying long after the dealership had closed to help me get everything wrapped up in one shot and saved me a trip back to the dealership the next day. I've already told several co-workers about the outstanding service I received and will purchase another Lexus from her in six months. I've bought several new vehicles throughout the years, but this was by far the best experience I've had. I didn't feel like I was working with a salesperson; I felt like I was being helped by a longtime friend who happens to work at Lexus. I'm incredibly grateful for all her help and highly recommend that anyone looking to purchase a Lexus contact Stefany Aranda directly. Stefany's customer service, knowledge, and ability to help you find the perfect car will surpass all your expectations!

Stay Clear of This Dealership!!!!

I have purchased 2 cars from Lexus of Silver Silver Spring. Both cars were brand new, and both cars had defects. The service manager, Win insisted that I keep the car from direct sun, or the car can melt. So, I asked him if he was selling defective products, and he said basically said “yes”. Both cars were the F-Sport model, and still under warranty. I took the first car back and they switched into a newer car, which ended up with the same issue. When I took my car for service and asked if they could replace the defective parts and they so “No!” I called the corporate office to escalate the matter on several occasions. They opened a case for me, but never got back to me. Lexus wanted me to pay out of pocket, but I refused. I was beyond frustrated. So, I decided to go to a different Lexus Dealership. They said that they have never seen anything like this before. They were very kind, and very confused. I only have 16,000 miles on my car. The car has warranty for 48,000. I was told by the service manager that the parts were cheap, and he didn’t know why the other dealer wouldn’t fix it. They said that they had no problem fixing it. I was given a rental car, and was on my way. I will never step foot in Lexus of Silver Spring ever again, and I would advise anyone to stay clear.
