When I arrive with a service appointment, they are never prepared. Always out of loaner cars and always behind schedule. Always excuses for poor service.

Got a Great Deal on my lease early termination

LOVE BOBBY RAHAL?
My 4 year experience @ Bobby Rahal's has been nothing but perfect! The check-ups and repairs department makes it easy for me to "fit in" @ a moment's notice. They always go the "extra mile" to have the Volvo Company help me to pay for inspections as well as lend me another Volvo to use for the day. A+ in ALL ways?

"Help from a "caring" sales consultant"!
On October 23, 2016 while travelling on Interstate 295 south, my automobile became the victim of an extremely large and deep pot hole. Being seven hours from home, my car was taken to Cherry Hill Mercedes for tire replacements. It became clear from the service manager that coordination from Bobby Rahal Motorcar personnel would be necessary to activate my road hazard warranty and verify the certification warranty. A phone call to Mr. Pete Delli Bovi, Jr. , the sales consultant who sold me the car, immediately resolved the coordination issues! Thank you Pete for being so attentive and responsive to my wife and me in a time of need!

What a Joke
I've never experienced such terrible customer service, especially from a car dealership. The sales consultant working with me offered assistwnce, only to then ignore me for a week, and then sell the car underneath me, with still, no response. Disgusting customer service. I will bad mouth this company to as many people as I come in to contact with. This is NOT how you run a company.

Absolute Best Customer Service!
I am so pleased with everything about my experiences with Bobby Rahal of Wexford. The employees go above and beyond to assure that the customer is appreciated and satisfied. Each and every employee is courteous and appears to love their job...what a positive environment with the friendliest and most efficient workers. John Johnson was so great to work with when purchasing the car...and the service department is beyond competent and very reasonable....my actual bill was cheaper than the quote and they were diligent in fixing the issue. A lot of other companies should look to this company as a shining example of great business practice!!
