Service Tip Notch
Always pkeasant. Waiting area very nice. Reps friemdly, courteous and informative. Prices comparable for routine maintenance. It's comforting to have Honda techs service my car with genuine parts to keep my car running at it's best.

Amazing experience
No pressure sales, up front pricing, great sales staff Ayesha Idrees was knowledgeable and easy to work with, she made the experience amazing and your finance dept was the icing on the cake!!! I am so very happy that I purchased my new car from Muller of Gurnee. Keep up good work.

Great service
Setting up an appointment was quick. Service staff are courteous and knowledgeable. They're mindful and respectful of my time. I was on and out in a little over 30 minutes

One more bad experience with Honda
service personal are zero attentive and lack basic customer service skills. It seems that every time I come in there is something else my warranty does not cover

Great Service
Took less time then quoted! Chris was courteous and friendly! Bathroom could be cleaner and in better working condition, that was the only negative. Will definitely recommend Muller Service!

Truly a dealership with employees of Integrity!
I visited 4 other regional Honda dealerships being.. Schaumburg, Joliet, Elgin and Lansing. Their sales staff and sales managers ALL were basically uneducated and unprofessional xxxxxxxx artists. My last stop for a 2020 Accord was Muller Honda, it was the farthest away from my home. In short I was Very Pleasantly surprised by ALL parties I dealt with being Andrew Tomlinson, Eric Bass, Brandon Bulinski, Robert Logan and also Bob Tarello! ALL Very professional and pleasant! Bought my new Honda Accord the same day! I had almost given up hope in EVER buying from a dealership again. Kudos to these high quality and integrity gentlemen. I will Truly recommend Muller Honda in the future. I hope this message is forwarded to all five of them. THEY TRULY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND..THATS A FACT!!!
