Disrespectful rude salesperson
My wife was treated very rudely by a disrespectful obnoxious sales person who treated her like she was a child and knew nothing about the industry and would not even consider taking her offer to his manager his words and I "was I would not waste his time would never go there will never go there will not recommend it to any other friend in the future we want even set foot in that dealership or any other Fred Martin dealership ever again

Highly recommend
I would highly recommended Fred Martin for all repair and service needs. The repairs on my car were completed very quickly. They had an early appointment available before I went to work and were very reasonable priced. I didn’t feel like I was nickel and dimed. My repair was completed and they didn’t try to upsell me any additional services. Staff was very friendly and candid. Will definitely continue to use Fred Martin! Highly recommended!

Worst dealership I've ever dealt with
I don't even know where to start on the terrible experiences I've had with this dealership over the past five months. I went there on July 4th for the deals. The car I picked had just came in as a trade so it hadn't been inspected or detailed but they insured me that would be taken care of free of charge. The salesman gave me the we owe you form that I could bring back at my convenience. Well when I got home I noticed a tennis ball-sized knot in one of the tires so I immediately called them and set it up for the next day. I did buy the best warranty option that they had so that covers a courtesy vehicle anytime they have my car. I don't understand why one is never available every time they have my car though. Even if I've requested one. What a joke! I'm paying for this yet it's not available. This car had 28,000 miles on it and over the past four months it's been in the dealership three times for repairs. One time it even had to be towed. Here I am 5 months later with no detail. They've made me literally go through hoops to get it. The guy I spoke with today on the phone even laughed at me. I had scheduled this a month ago after they reached out to me from my first review. Somehow the soonest they could get me in was a month later being 5 months from the time I got the vehicle. When I called in to see what time they wanted it there on Monday they told me it wasn't scheduled. I'm so tired of fighting with these people I will never shop there again! They have been so rude and so absolutely ridiculous! needless to say after a half hour of arguing with them for probably the 12th time... Someone found my appointment that I had scheduled for Monday.

Fast and excellent quality work!
We scheduled our Durango for the Body Armour treatment - dropped car off got rental and went on with my day. Durango was finished same day! Almost didn’t recognize my vehicle - clean and protected inside and out!! So glad I bought my car at FM - customer for life !

Great service and sales
They do a thorough job for oil change and tire rotation. Employees were all very nice. Have bought many autos at Fred Martin and we will cotinue to do so.

I’ve bought 3 vehicles from this dealership, and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. Their oil change center is super convenient too! Quick and easy. Overall, I’ve always been very happy with Fred Martin.
