Battery
My battery had died. I had gotten a jump and called Fred Martin. Matt one of the service advisors was able to help. I explained that I needed a new battery ASAP. The tow truck driver told me not to shut off my Jeep or the battery would need jumped again. Matt got me right in despite how busy they were. And the bonus was my battery was still under warranty. So great service and no charge. Thanx Matt ��

Always amazing service
Taylor Black always takes care of me. Got a free tire rotation because I bought my tires there. Also got a free oil change because I bought my grand Cherokee there. The bill was $0! What’s not to like?

Recall
I found out had a recall on my dodge caravan 2010 and they fixed it and then I wish the dealer I bought it from would of did a tune up and let me know about the recall because I would of had them do everything before buying it. They offer a trade in offer but I am not looking into it due to my payments are within budget and don't want to have it go up right now so I am holding back until its more flexible. Thanks Brittney for telling me about my tune up I need soon wish I knew this before since only had my van for a year now

It says title I don't understand what you want
There was named Tim. They did a great job great communication. At first they were going to charge me for my oil change but I told them I had 16 oil changes and I'm only up to number five or six. I bought this car in Scottsdale Arizona and soon after we located to Ohio.

The service was tremendously accepting buying my 2013 dodge journey and is always a pleasure to get my car maintenance. Oil changes are quick and up to date with view of everything that's going on to reassure you that your car is under good care.

Terrible liars
It is a bad practice to tell the customer that if they get a complete repair they will need there car towed just to make more money. All I needed was a cylanoid and spark plug which was covered by warranty. But to make more money they told me I needed to pay for all spark plugs to be replaced I wanted to get the rest elsewhere. Then I was told I would need to tow it there. But drove in fred Martin. Later after paying I told by them I just needed one spark plug.
