Good listeners. Honest. Painless.

Don and Denny took the time to listen to my needs and were extremely patient while I was making a decision during a snow storm (patient is definitely and understatement). They were also kind enough to offer me a meal because I had been there so long and hadn't had a bite to eat for several hours. There was absolutely no pressure and no games. It means a lot to have a salesperson be down to earth and honest. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and truly wanted to help. There were many dealerships that I walked out of over the past year while car shopping and knew within the first few minutes that I was not going to buy from their dealership. Feeling discomfort while car shopping is not a good sign. The experience with Don and Denny was painless and very comfortable. Zack also was very helpful with the financial piece and taking care of the final transaction.

Great place with great services . I love the wide selection they have. Such a great experience I have with this dealership and I'll recommend anyone who would like to purchase an Acura.

Great Dealership

Kind of late on writting this review. I brought my new ACURA RDX from acura of auburn in April 2016. I have dealt with a lot of dealers in the new england area.but these guys definitely rank at the TOP. Highly recommend ACURA of AUBURN. The sales person i worked with is Zack Reed. Great guy and very knowledgeable.

Very Difficult

Walking in, I should have Immediately knew what I was in for. It took over a half hour before I was even greeted by someone. Very odd for a dealership, considering most salesman are right on top of you the second you pull into the driveway. Nothing ever went better. Someone dropped the ball hard on this one. I had nothing but a hard time with the whole process, the dealer had no problem taking my down payment, signatures, ect. But yet when it came to getting me the Vehicle, this process took a week. I had to sign paperwork 3 separate times, after signing my life away for the purchase of the vehicle. I had to go back to the dealership 3 times during this process, because no one in the establishment was on top of anything. So the paperwork was completely screwed up, every person I dealt with just passed the blame onto the next person. Then after dealing with nothing but problems, it became even worse, when I received a phone call from the dealer, claiming the paperwork was not filled out properly, and the right forms where not available, so I had to go back to the dealership AGAIN to fill out more paperwork, while being threatened that the car would be taken from me, if I did not comply. I was absolutely blown away with how this whole process went. I will not be recommending this Dealer, nor will they ever receive more business from me. This was a TERRIBLE experience, and coming from a Business owner myself, I would be mortified if this was how my customers were being treated and handled.

Honest dealership

Called about a used car that I saw on Car Fax . Talked to Zach Reed and was told there was a mistake on the internet and it did not have the navigation that was advertised. Because of his honesty my wife and i took the 65 mile ride to look at the car and end up buying it at a good price. It was a pleasure dealing with him and the dealership seemed very professional .

First car owner

Everything was immaculately easy. Everyone was genuine and helpful. I picked my car out and got it within 3-4 days and have never been so pleased with a purchase.

Easiest Process

I have bought many cars since 1996 but this was by far the easiest process. I called about the car mid afternoon came down to test drive early evening. Filled out paperwork which didn't take long at all. Before 8 I knew i was all set and would be ready to pick up car next day.They called me next day to try and save me more money by getting new plates (they were expiring Jan 2017) I explained my reasoning for keeping current plates they said ok great everything will be ready in a couple hours and it was. My car was clean and ready to go by the time promised. I can't wait to see how great service is...(for maintenance not trouble :).....)Looking forward to working with you in the future!
