Great sales experience and outstanding customer support
Great sales experience from Magret Dagbjartsdottir this past week. I had decided to replace my aging BMW and Margret helped me find the right vehicle and assisted me at every step. Above and beyond
I have been bringing my mini for service to you for 2 plus years. I have always had a great experience you always keep me updated on what's happening and how long it will take. My appointments have always been on time and I love the Sunday morning hours I live and work in western ma so this is very convenient for me. The last visit I had I feel as though you went above and beyond you needed to keep my car so you gave me a loaner. I had a family emergency the next day which had me traveling to Va when I called there was no questions only taking car you just said be safe and hope all goes well. You have no idea how great fun I am for the kind words and no hassle about taking car. I will always remember this and recommend you to all my friends and relatives. No better place to buy a Mini Cooper
I wasn't sure if I wanted to lease a brand-new Mini or buy a pre-owned one. I called the dealership and was given an appointment for the same day. I spoke to Jamie Chisholm about leasing, and I test-drove a 2015 with David Lopez. I never got the hard sell. All of my questions were answered courteously, completely, and patiently. I thought about it for a few days and decided to buy a pre-owned. I was starting a new job, so I needed a new car rather quickly. I gave Dave my price limit, and he actually came in $2,000 under. He found me a beautifully maintained car with very low miles and lots of extras. The title took a little longer than anticipated to arrive at the dealership, so the great people at Herb Chambers got me a rental car—at their expense—until my car was ready. They took car of everything: I didn't even have to go to the Registry.

Worst Dealership Ever
I will never buy another vehicle from any Herb Chambers dealership(s), also I'll take my 2015 X4 to another dealer for service. The day I picked up my car (brand new) it wasn't even cleaned properly. After talking with them they offered to come pick it up and detail the car and put on the on inspection sticker. Surprise when they brought my car back it still wasn't cleaned and now they had damaged two of my rims. I must confess they just about begged me to give them a great review in the survey that was sent to me and I did but that was a huge mistake. If your in the market for a new car do yourself a favor and go anywhere but Herb Chambers.

Outstanding Sales Experience
My wife and I highly recommend Herb Chambers BMW and sales consultant Sheraz Sheikh for your next vehicle purchase. We are from NJ, and it happened that this Boston dealer had 1 of 2 available Vermillon Red X5s with 8 cylinder engine. Sheraz showed us the car, facilitated a great deal, took care of obtaining our NJ registration, and delivered our new X5 as promised. Upon taking delivery, we received a nice BMW gift. We also appreciated Sales Mgr Aaron Allsopp personally extending his best wishes on our new purchase and fir happiness with our new car. My wife and I greatly appreciated the fine service received from both gentleman, and we left as completely satisfied customers. Excellent experience all around.

The Road to Kevin is a great road !!!!!
Had been searching for a particular car for over a month, when I stumbled upon the holy grail of dealers, Herb Chambers of Boston. Had looked at examples of this particular car in many states, including California, Virginia, Tennessee, Illinois and Florida just to name a few of the more than 30 examples of this (Audi TT) car. How little did I know that the BEST price, color combo (outside and interior ) and both CARFAX and BLUE BOOK ratings were right there in front of me only a scant few miles away at Herb Chambers of Boston !!!! I decided the 2012 example of this car at Herb Chambers was THE ONE. I was first contacted by Lindsey, who was very courteous and prompt. As I first contacted Lindsey in the evening, time constraints prevented us from closing a deal on the car and days later I was directed to Kevin Bugbee. Kevin Bugbee, ladies and gentleman, is the BEST car salesperson I have EVER encountered. When you are lucky enough to have Kevin as your salesman you have now established an ally who works with you as a friend, partner, and someone on your side whom you can completely TRUST. With Kevin, the prospective car buyer can immediately drop any defensive guard, knowing that Kevin is working not just WITH YOU, but also FOR YOU. I would strongly urge ANYONE shopping for a brand new BMW or PORSCHE or any of the very fine USED vehicles at Herb Chambers Boston to indulge themselves in the Comfort Zone that is Kevin Bugbee. To borrow from a Porsche catch-phrase, there simply is NO SUBSTITUTE !!!!!!

Fabuloso!
My experience at the dealership, and in particular my work with David on selecting a MINI, were rewarding and excellent. No hard sell or sexist condescension, a distinct relief after recent experiences with other dealerships. David listened carefully and asked questions so we could figure out exactly what I wanted and could afford. He let me test drive two different Minis. I loved the peppiness and maneuverability of the car and how spacious the interior felt. He found me exactly what I wanted--a red classic Mini with black top customized with my favorite specific features. When I picked the car up, he spent an hour introducing me to the car and urged me to call him if I had questions. Best experience I've ever had acquiring a new car. I'm very pleased. My new MINI Cooper is sitting in my driveway now, looking magnificent and adorable, like a gorgeous cat.
