Ahmed helped me move from an X3 to an i3. Got a fair price and excellent service, The dealer, Herb Chambers, was very reasonable too. They didn't change me for borderline excess wear, gave me a credit for being under mileage on the lease, and sold me snow tires and extra wheels at a very good price. Happy all around.

My new BMW 330e
Evety time I come to Herb Chambers of Boston I feel good. Besides everything that a top dealership has to aim at, this place is driven by individuals who transform the car dealing business into the pleasure of getting a new car. It's my sixth lease and the experience has bee consistently great. Ahmed Jabrane has been much more than a sales person and advisor over these years. His meticulous attention to detail is not driven by numbers alone, but aims at making my time worth the while. I don't consider it a service anymore, because it feels more like a friendship, a relationship of trust. I mean, how many people can say that most of the time spent with their car dealer is spent joking and laughing!? It is a privilege to work with professionals like this. The best 'no pressure' dealership.
I have bought several cars from Sheraz Sheikh. He is very honest, freindly and he ALWAYS delivers on time. Great experience
I purchased my very first BMW X1. I knew what I wanted and knew what I was willing to pay. I worked with Abdou and he got me a price I could work with. The transaction was fast. The business manager, Nicole, was great to work with as well and got me the best loan. Overall, we were very happy with our buying experience and would definitely recommend this dealer!

My time with the Mini genius.
I picked up my new mini two weeks ago and had a very good introduction to its workings from Brian Epstein, my salesperson. He highly recommended that I make a "second date" with Chelsea, which I did. How could I say no to a "mini - genius?" Chelsea and I spent about an hour together going over all of the fine points of the entire dash display, plus phone, audio, particulars of iconography, all buttons, etc. I learned a great deal more than I ever had with my first mini. Chelsea also arranged to have my tires "reset" on the spot. She was clear, friendly, and smart. I'm even more pleased with my mini now than I was 2 weeks ago. This dealership thinks of everything!

Amazing experience
I leased a new bmw from Omar , both Omar and Jano were extremely nice and helpful . They went above and beyond in every way and I am absolutely thrilled with the car, and the entire process.
