They didn't change me for borderline excess wear, gave me a credit for being under mileage on the lease, and sold me snow tires and extra wheels at a very good price. Happy all around.

I picked up my new mini two weeks ago and had a very good introduction to its workings from Brian Epstein, my salesperson. He highly recommended that I make a "second date" with Chelsea, which I did. How could I say no to a "mini - genius?" Chelsea and I spent about an hour together going over all of the fine points of the entire dash display, plus phone, audio, particulars of iconography, all buttons, etc. I learned a great deal more than I ever had with my first mini. Chelsea also arranged to have my tires "reset" on the spot. She was clear, friendly, and smart. I'm even more pleased with my mini now than I was 2 weeks ago. This dealership thinks of everything!
