Fantastic professional staff!

I have worked with Brian Macey with 2 3 year BMW leases now. Hi is a professional and very knowledgeable BMW salesman. I appreciate his assistance and dedication to finding the Best current BMW lease package deals. His sales manage Dan Chase was extremely supportive and always available to assist as needed. I actually took a ride in his BMW to confirm my lease selection on a I4 E35. Along with Joseph processing my lease and the Genius specialist my experience was exceptional. Great Experience

Have bought many BMW’s from Jamie at Peabody BMW. He always goes beyond what is needed. Goes out of his way to accommodate. I highly recommend Both Jamie and the 114 Peabody dealership! Martha Walsh

Horrible experience

Not the best car buying experience. Maybe the worst in my car buying years. This dealership really looks down on some people and treat some customers as "stupid" YOU DON'T TREAT PAYING CUSTOMERS THAT WAY NO MATTER WHO THEY MAYBE. I've been buying and financing cars for a longtime now but my issues with PeabodyBMW has been going from bad to worst to very bad to ABSURD. I purchased a used BMW from PeabodyBMW in Dec 2020 by March 2021 I find out through a CarFax report that the car was involved in a bad accident and had to be towed which the information was not disclosed to me when buying the car. I had even mentioned a suspicious dent a few days after buying the car that the manager blew off as a "manufacturer minor defect" and told me that I should trade in the car with him cheaper than I just purchased it for another if I was not happy at $5000 less than I just got he car literally 2 days prior. So after getting the CarFax, I contacted the manager then received a call from the GM and after several days of back and forth to return my money blah blah blah and maybe compensate me, the GM agreed to take back the damaged car and sell me another, that's where the bigger mistake on my part, I should have taken my money back with whatever compensation and go somewhere else. The next car is a "certified used car"; now from the onset I noticed some chips on the windshield which the Used Car Sales Manager called common on all used cars on his lot, I said okay and moved on then the Bluetooth suddenly stopped connecting with my phone so to resolve that they did an upgrade to the BMW Idrive which then knockout Apple CarPlay notifications, after several attempts by their BMW Geniuses I was told its an iPhone issue which by the way I have a 3 month old iPhone 12 Pro, the newest. Again I decided to just deal with it and move on. Following that a few days later an engine service light comes on, I'm told it's a minor gas sensor leak that can be fixed. So I took the car in for repairs again. Thats repair number 2. Now after a few hundred miles, again the engine service light comes on, this is the third issue with this car and more time without a car. So far I had more miles driving back and forth to the PeabodyBMW than casual driving of my car. To be frank, I'm exhausted and annoyed at this point. I've been more than understanding to work this out even giving extra money down to get another car after they dropped the ball with the original car I purchased in December, I have no confidence with this car that I now have and believe I deserve another car of my choosing for all this drama. I would have been better served contacting the state attorneys' office about not being told of the damaged car which is illegal and get an attorney to resolve this. I'm in a delicate situation at this point because I cannot be without a car, I'm a handicap man who goes to physical therapy twice a week and lives alone, this is my sole means of transport to therapy and doctors visits. Why did I ever think I could get a FAIR deal at this place ???????????? I do not recommend THIS DEALER for now for urban buyers !!!!

Quality Manager

I just bought a certified pre-owned BMW at BMW peabody. The salesperson i dealt with was Andrew Madigan. He was very polite, friendly, and extremely knowledgable. He answered any and all questions i had and was extremely patient with me. He made the experience easy and enjoyable. The same was true for the finance person, Prerak. He was also polite, courteous, and knowledgable. Both gentlemen made the whole experience very easy and enjoyable!

From the moment I walked into BMW Motorsports of Peabody, I was met with knowledgeable and professional sales and finance personnel. I want to thank Juan V., John P., Prerak K., Ryan D. and Richard S for an outstanding buying experience. Juan V. did an incredible job helping me decide which car I wanted the most. He was accommodating and an excellent listener. His follow-up to my eagerness for the vehicle (M3) was timely and great. I was deciding between an M3 and X4 M40. He was instrumental is reviewing the cars and SUVs against my requirements and lifestyle. Furthermore, he outlined the benefits of each. John P. made the numbers easy and was equally as patient. As Juan monitored the sale, John and Prerak made the administrative part of the sale smooth and effortless. On delivery day, Juan continued to coordinate while Ryan helped me set up the car and describe the features and benefits. It is without hesitation, that I recommend BMW Motorsports of Peabody for a BMW purchase. Not only for the "Ultimate Driving Machine" but for the professionalism and polished sales process.

My experience with BMW of Peabody

I recently needed to replace my 2015 BMW 3 series due to a total loss accident. I was undecided as to which BMW model that I wanted. The Client Advisor that I worked with, John Cotter, was fantastic in allowing me a lengthy and thorough test drive in multiple BMW models. I consider myself a driving enthusiast and John understood that. I could not be happier in how accommodating and patient John was in allowing me the opportunity to drive multiple cars. All along, there was never any pressure on me to make a decision. Once I decided on the model and configuration that I wanted, John was quickly able to locate a vehicle to my exact specification. Although this vehicle was located at another dealership, which was not local, John was able to quickly secure the vehicle and arrange for transport to BMW of Peabody and the car arrived in just 3 days. Price negotiation was reasonable and fair and I was offered multiple incentives which resulted in substantial savings. John took the time to introduce me to other members of the dealership staff who were all friendly and accommodating. John has followed up with me a few times after delivery to insure that I was completely satisfied with my new vehicle purchase. I highly recommend BMW of Peabody and John Cotter as a Client Advisor for your BMW purchase or lease.

BMW Peobody

Just purchased my first BMW, an X1. The car is a perfect size for my needs. The sales and financial crew were very patient while I made my decision. The dealership offered me $3000 more on my Volvo trade in than the Volvo dealer. And,,,,they offered great financing and a rebate.
