I've been going to BMW Peabody for 12 years. Right off the bat, Jamie McCoy helped me find the right car for me. He's helped me find 2 cars since then, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Jamie never applies pressure - he is just interested in seeing me in the car that I need and want. Service-wise, they are great. There are loaners, the car is always ready when it's supposed to be, Matt Hefron does a great job.

I went to BMW looking for a vehicle. I first visited BMW in Boston and placed a deposit. Then I saw BMW Peabody had an attractive vehicle. I had to have it. My salesman was Dave Marson. We learned a lot about the electric I3 throughout the process. Financing was a breeze. NEVER had an easier time with it. Only took about 20 minutes start to finish! John P., the general manager, came down to meet me personally after the purchase. After this, I can't see doing business anywhere else.

I went there for 15,000 miles maintenance service and the estimate time was 2 hour but they just took 1 hour that was really fast than I though.

We had a great experience from walking into the dealership to buying a car. Our salesman, Moe, was friendly and informative. He did not pressure us, and was very accommodating. Very pleasant experience!

We have recently purchased our 4th and 5th BMW's from BMW of Peabody. We were assisted by Mike Bonacorso who was most courteous, knowledgeable and responsive. He made a sincere effort to address all of our questions and keep us up to date. Our experience with Mike was extremely positive. I would be remiss if I did not mention that one of the primary reasons we keep going back to BMW Peabody is the outstanding service we get from Dave Buchanan and others in the Service Dept.
