Not honest. Live up to reputation of car dealers

Not honest. When buying the car they said a lot of things that were untrue. Also when going for repairs their cost are outrageous. If you buy from them record what salesperson explains and get an attorney to review contract.

MARC IS THE BEST! Love this dealership!

My absolute favorite place to buy a car! Marc is the BEST! Nicest guy, always honest and real with you. I can't say enough good things, I would go here and trust them! They'll do the best they can for you, even in these crazy times! The dealers are very nice too, they aren't trying to rip you off or scam you, they get that you want the best deal you can get. RECOMMEND 100%

Bad customer service from manager

One of the most important things for any business is good customer service. Napelton Hyundai in Glenview where I have bought a car is lacking this. The only person at this dealership that I would give 5 stars to is the porter Dan who is very nice and very accommodating every time we come in. Dan Megan on the other hand is not. Never keeps his promise getting back to you never follows up on anything. He promised to call me way back in Nov and it is now going into Feb still no call. Mind you the callback was at his suggestion re trading car in but he never called. How can you ignore a customer that bought car from you only 2 years ago. I would give him 1 star!!!!!

Dealership has many amenities and is filled with friendly and helpful people. Eli did a wonderful job of explaining the features of the car, the warranty and the dealership. He had a great sense of humor and did a five-star job. Cheers.

Not a pleasant experience. No willingness to deal and communication was terrible. No wonder certain vehicles still sit on lot. Glad I found what I was looking for for much less in North Carolina!
