As a first time buyer (I am a fresh college graduate), I could not have asked for a better holistic experience. My mother and I visited several dealers prior to coming to this location and every single one was sneaky and played their games. I give the dealership 4.5 stars and would have given 5 but there was a slight miscommunication. I've been looking for 2022 Genesis GV70 in a 2.5L Sport with Prestige package trim for a month. A member from their internet department got a hold of me to inform me one came. Unfortunately, once I placed a payment to hold the vehicle I was told the price quoted was incorrect. No big deal because I really wanted this vehicle. However, I was also told the only difference between the 3.5L and 2.5L with prestige trim was the engine block which sold me. When I arrived, to my dismay there were a few differences besides the engine. At any rate, the differences weren't a deal breaker and the sales rep Elizabeth Strange did a phenomenal job with explaining all the features and even assisting me with setup and showing me how to use the parking assistance function. She was warm and personable too. Also for this price point I was hoping for some champagne and a big red bow but I know I arrived rather late. Lastly, come pre-approved with your own financing company.

I have purchase three vehicles from Napleton Hyundai, including one in January 2021 and one in July, 2022. Simple, straightforward, easy to deal with, and responsive.
