This review is for all buyers thinking of purchasing online at this dealership. I really wanted to give this dealership five stars as everything was going really smooth until I received delivery of the car. The car was a 2017 Genesis G80. I would be purchasing out of state and I asked that they inspect the car and tell me if there were any scratches or dents on the car as I was ready to make an offer. They were nice enough to provide a video but on a sunny day you really can not tell to well. They told me that there was one small scratch on the car that they would get it buffed out. I believed them at their word. They did buff out the one small scratch. The transaction went very well and I prepared for a shipping company to pick up the car. As part of my payment this dealership charges a $885 (Reconditioning and Delivery Fee). This is in addition to a customer service fee of $300. Upon delivery, the Bill of Lading showed 16 scratches and one dent to which the driver pointed them all out to me. I tried to contact them via email and they would not respond. I filed a claim with the Illinois Attorney General's Office but they ended up being an email forwarding service. The dealers response was that used cars come with scratches and dents and they explained that to me. They lied. I understand that used cars do not come in showroom condition but my contention was that since I paid for a service of "Reconditioning" why didn't they buff out the other scratches. If you look up reconditioning a car it means getting rid of scratches and dents. I did not get what I paid for in this matter. You would think that the Attorney General's office would stop this deceptive tactic of charging consumers a fee and then not providing a service. I ended up paying for the reconditioning myself. I just wished that they would of at the very least offered a small settlement but they really did not care. Hope this helps someone considering buying online from this dealership.

We had a very good sales experience with Napleton Loren Hyundai. Our Sales Consultant was Marc Gibrick and we also worked with Dan Meegan the Sales Manager. Both were easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Even during these times when prices are high, we feel that Marc and Dan worked out a fair deal for our Hyundai Elantra.

The GM has absolutely no ethics. I went with my niece to pick up her new car. When she went to pay for the car, she noticed the vin number on the registration did not match the one on her invoice. It turns out, they tried to give her a different vehicle, minus a few of the options they were charging on the invoice. The difference was over $600. Plus, when he found out he was caught, all of a sudden, the $500 first responders rebate was no longer available. Lastly, there were no floor mats, which they charged her $215, plus, the promised full tank of gas was not delivered. She had to wait for them to fuel up the vehicle. This GM, told us the mistake was because they were so busy. He must think we were stupid. Why do I say this, because he offered twice to refund the deposit. He also told us at least 3 times that he could sell the cars for more if he took it to auction. Basically, he was trying to sell the car she ordered for $3K to $4K more, as another manager commented he could sell the car tomorrow for that amount. The dealership GM, David Choi, has no ethics. He purposely lied, tried to scam my niece, then made up some stupid excuse when caught. I would tell any thinking of going to Napleton Hyundai in Glenview, IL to buy your Hyundai somewhere else. The leadership here have no ethics and are scammers.

I had a great purchase experience. We visited many dealerships in order to test drive vehicles. Napleton was a great experience. I was able to get the model we wanted, in the color we wanted, at a fair price. And these guys are AWESOME!!! Dacid and Radek were PHENOMENAL!!! These guys turned this into such a WONDERFUL and PLEASANT buying experience that I will be recommending them to ALL my friends and family for new vehicles from now on.
