My vehicle was towed Into Irwin at night due to not starting during a s ow storm. The next morning service contacted me and the next day car was fixed.

I purchased a used Tundra from Irwin yesterday.
I purchased a used Tundra from Irwin yesterday. This is the first time I did business with Irwin Toyota, Ford. We met with Howard Cullen. He gave us the keys and told us to take it for a ride as long as we wanted. We spent quite a bit of time driving and looking the vehicle over. When we dropped it off and told him we were interested but had to give it some thought. He told us that was fine and we left. Absolutely no pressure at all. In fact, I kind of wish he would have fought for our business a little. Quite unorthodox, but he saved the vehicle for us and we didn't even put a down payment on it. I would highly recommend Irwin and in particular Howard Cullen as the salesman to deal with.

Pleasure doing business with Seamus
Seamus McNally @ Irwin Motors was a pleasure to work with in having a vehicle built by Ford; One item a spray in bed liner was moved from a factory install to local add in to lessen the time between order and delivery. This was my first Ford and Seamus gave me a good walk through of unfamiliar controls. I was upfront about not wanting additional dealer options like extended warrantee's and there was no pressure from his mangers to change my mind.

Service dept is a disaster
Can't speak to the Sales, only Service. They are unqualified, do poor work, have a Manager, Ron O'Connor, who trashes his own employees but won't make poor work right. These folks are simply Awful.

Howard was professional and friendly and we admired his ability to address any concerns that had arisen. Beware.
Beware. We went in to purchase a new car and were told by our salesman that they are charging $5000 above MSRP because “they can”. He went on to say that “they called around and that’s what all the dealerships are doing”. I made my own phone calls after we left and found several that they are only one of a few that are taking advantage of people. Many are charging only MSRP. Shop around before you way overspend.

Salesman was great, finance guy .....
I dealt with Zach. He is low key and was not pushy in any way. I have no complaints about Zach at all he was great. I did not finance the vehicle but I still had to spend some time with the finance person whom tried to sell me the extended service agreement. The car is still under factory warranty but he really pushed to get me to buy the extended warranty. Finally, the 3rd or 4th time I told him I did not want it at the time of purchase, he he reluctantly gave up and there was a noticeable change in his demeaner. Aside from that, I would surely deal with Zach again when it's time for another new car.

This is the best experience I have ever had buying a car! From Christina following up appropriately right down to Ben Flagg getting us out the door with our new vehicle the same day! We were shopping for 2 months and we have been to many dealerships recently and this one was truly the best and earned our business! We will definitely be shopping here again and spreading the word to our friends and family! A fantastic sales team! Thank you!
