My wife and I have been doing business with Irwin Motors...

My wife and I have been doing business with Irwin Motors for many years and have always been pleased with the quality of their workmanship. We have never had a problem with their service department and they have always been very friendly and accomodating by driving us to the Laconia Hospital in the morning and picking us up after work. In 2002 we purchased a 2000 Avalon from Irwin and with the help of Irwin's service department it is still running like new at 120,000 miles.

I highly recommend this dealer. The sales person was...

I highly recommend this dealer. The sales person was very professional, knowledgeable and extremely organized. Not very pushy but at the same time was very enthusiastic. If you do not like to haggle and deal with sophisticated sales people then this is the place for you. The price offered was also good. We had a very pleasant shopping experience.

I love Irwin Motors! They are friendly people and really...

I love Irwin Motors! They are friendly people and really do seem to care about my car and its service. I also like the advantage card as I build up points and they give me discounts plus a free car wash coupon. When I take in my "specials" that I received in the mail, they help me figure the best deal on service!

A friendly, low-pressure environment. My requests have received prompt responses, and throughout, I have been treated like a person. Not as a sale to be won. I appreciated the courtesy and humanity of the interaction thus far and certainly would not hesitate to recommend Irwin to my friends and family.

Excellent response to a request for an early morning...

Excellent response to a request for an early morning short notice appointment for routine service @35,000miles. vehicle taken in on time and delivered with ALL requested work completed before anticipated time. Service tech did keep me up to date as work progressed and spent time explaining all service findings when work was complete. Service waiting area was clean and had considerable reading material to pass time of day. An excellent exhibitioin of superior customer service by all associated with the dealership.

I BOUGHT in 2007 a 2008 f-250 super duty at this time I had been in a car crash with my 1998 f-250 I was waiting for the insurance company to get off there butts to get my claim settled. Irwin ford worked with me on the buying of my first new truck. They held the truck for 2 1/2 weeks for me.Until I got the insurance check. They also gave me more in rebates then the other ford dealers I went to. It was at this time I mind my mind up to have all mant. and work done there.I was told by other dealers that the truck I was looking for did not exsist on any lot that ford was getting away from the basic work truck. I found 6 truck to choose from at Irwin ford.

The Irwin Team takes the action step from the time you step into the shop until your work has been completed and you have paid up and are on your way. They advise you every step of the way as to what is transpiring with your vehicle in the service area. It is a family oriented envoirment and each client/customer is treated as family and made welcome. Pride and Performance are constantly being exhibited by the Irwin Group staff. In this day and age it is a rarity to have a stand out dealership such as The Irwin Zone where being open, honest and fairness in pricing abound. IRWIN is the Top Gun amongst the crowded field of auto dealers throughout the car markets of NH and beyond and that is why we do our business with them. The Irwin Group accomplishments are in the service sector with the public and in the way they deliver the auto purchase experience to the State of NH residents and Northeast communities. Thank you to the Irwin Zone employees and management for providing a great business experience to the State of New Hampshire. we were pleased with Irwin Toyota as they did not push us...

we were pleased with Irwin Toyota as they did not push us to buy a car. We told them we were looking at different small cars and were undecided. We came back several times, test drove different cars. We were undecided between the Pontiac Vibe and Toyota Matrix. The Dealership at Irwin's made the difference. They were the most helpful, honest and I felt very comfortable buying my vehicle. Other dealerships were too pushy and demanded that we had to make a decision right away. I certainly will buy another car from Irwin's.

Staff is friendly, accommodating and professional, from courtesy car driver to service personnel to cashier. Waiting area clean, comfortable with amenities beyond most dealerships (i.e. free wi-fi). Good communication, no surprise fees, work completed as promised.

One can only say that the Dealer & staff are knowledgeable and help full in the area of service. The sales staff is also good & knowledgeable,that is why I bought my new Edge from Irwin.In 2008. When looking for a new unit, I will come back to Irwin Thanks.
