A Great Place to Do Business

Joe Rizza Lincoln was a great place to do business. They made the buying process easy and kept it simple and straightforward. My salesperson, Luke, was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and was very helpful and accomodating. All in all, it was a pleasant experience.

I'm so angry

I purchased my lease vehicle from Joe Rizza . I'm so angry the first guy in the finance department was very pushy and aggressive. I think you should read whatever you're signing and this irritated him to no end. He tried to pressure me into buying gap insurance, tire and wheel insurance as well as a extended warranty. Now these are things that are optional and may be something a buyer wants but you shouldn't be intimidated into buying it. When I didn't agree he was visibility angry and rude. I decided I would just pass on buying the car that day which was a Saturday. However I went back the following Tuesday I spoke with someone different and I purchased the car. I asked did they need to run my credit again because, in his anger the other guy gave me a copy of the paper work including my credit report they had run. I was told no they didn't have to run my credit again. Little did I know they had ran my credit 3 times. 3 hard enquiries . My credit score took such a hit and I feel it was unnecessary to do that many inquiries in 3 days .I am furious I don't know if it was revenge for not doing the initial purchase our just bad business practices. And no I didn't have a low score before the inquiries .I have a great payment history.

Educated consumer

On Monday, October 17th,2022 I went in to Joe Rizza Ford with high hopes of driving of the lot with the 2011 Buick La Crossse Cargurus and Rizza's own website had advertised. I arrived and was pretty much ignored until I asked if that particular car was still available(Usually car dealers swarm on any visitor like flies on cow dung). Finally, the sales man recognized me and searched for the car. He found hit way on the back lot where all the crappy cars are stored. He even needed have the battery jumped for 20 minutes before I could look at it. I went to the hidden place in their lot and went over the car. The car didn't ever start. The interior was filthy and also the exterior. The car was advertised with virtually all the options and features Buick made available for that model year. This "2011" had no where near all of those options. This "2011" Buick La Crosse was NOT even a 2011, it was a 2010 model year. The website(s) advertised this car as a 4 owner with 66,000 + miles. I was not able to verify that because the instrument panel would not light up due to a dead batter. Also, the shade for the sunroof was missing. EVEN after finding all of these glaring defects and misrepresentation and bold lies / false advertising I was still interested in this particular vehicle. The car was advertised as premium and in excellent condition , for $12,995.00 usd. I knew that even with the pandemic mark-ups this particular car was a sub $7,000.00 car , if that. I attempted to negotiate with the dealership , BUT before I could even offer any thing they said that the price was firm . The sales men did however go back to "see what he could do" with his sales manager. After about 3 minutes he returned and said that the best he could do was a $50 reduction. He also stated that they could , more like wouldn't do any thing about the missing sunshade for the moonroof. I left my number and told them to give me a call when there was a significant price reduction because this car they were selling has a price tag as if it were premium . platinum , or precious. It was not. THIS CAR WAS THE WORST CAR THEY HAD IN THIER USED CAR INVENTORY. I did NOT expect a huge reduction but I did expect them to reconsider that the car was not in premium condition and it had major visible issues that made it ineligible for this exorbitant amount. The worst thing is that this is an as is car and has no warranty beyond what is legally required. These idiots at Joe Rizza think that I just got of the boat or that I am that "there's a sucker born every minute" person~ PT Barnum All I can say is go elsewhere to shop and buy a vehicle because the Joe Rizza Group of car dealers think that you are the most gullible , ignorant consumer to ever set foot in their showroom. Don't be desperate and do your research before you buy from Rizza or any other dealer for that matter. Don't be afraid to walk away because these sucker will sell you snake oil if you willing to buy it.
