Buying my new vehicle was a pleasant experience.

Conversations with John Runia as result of internet inquiry from me where handled with professionalism and respect. Also, car was ready on date I requested. Bill made all the details go very smoothly, was very professional and polite, as did Tony with finances. Was a pleasant experience.

A dealership I've trusted for years

I was pre-financed with credit union. New the VIN of the car I wanted AND its options. No trade in. Salesman got right to the point on price and we closed the deal.

Great service, open and honest

The service writer,Scott, was great. Very helpful and informative. In fact, every person I've ever dealt with there has been great. I live in Chicago but always drive out to Joe Rizza because of the service. I never feel that they try to oversell or up charge anything which is refreshing.

No hassle on price

I had the internet price and did not feel like I had to negotiate to get the best price. I HATE haggling and never know if I got a good price. The salesman - Cliff - was also low pressure and helpful.
