Great service, great people, great cars!
I just recently visited Joe Rizza Kia in Orland Park. I didn't really expect to leave with a new car but why not...I had a lazy afternoon and some time to waste. I dealt with a Greek lady from Rizza Porche that came over to help me from the dealership next door. Her name was Denise. We went over my current leased vehicle that I got stuck with because my wife got tired of it, a 2012 Scion XB. Despite the 14 months left on that lease, Denise managed to pay off my lease, and get me in a 2015 Kia Sorento which I ABSOLUTELY love! The whole experience was the best I have ever had and I would recommend Rizza to everyone. Let me also mention Brian, I believe that was his name, at Rizza Kia. He also went above and beyond to help me out with all my paperwork and loans. Cheers!

Great Service, clean facility customer lounge
I like that as soon as I arrived to service my car I was taken care of and I didn't have a long wait time. I came in to do an oil change and tire rotation.

Great Service
Crystal was my Service Writer. She's a keeper. She was busy when I came in, but signaled to me that she saw I was there and would be with me shortly. As soon as she finished with her other customer she came over to start my service write-up and get the Merc into the service area.

Great Service, Friendly, Excellent Customer care
I feel comfortable at Joe Rizza Ford. Bought my new Escape at Joe Rizza a year ago and I now have my Ranger serviced there as well. I have a Ford dealership a block away from home and an other just six miles away. In total I pass three Ford Dealers. I feel it's worth the extra miles!
