Great Service

Service Advisor was available by phone initially, gave me good advice and was attentive and helpful when I came in. Explained the problems and solutions and kept me advised with timing of services. I will ask for Charles Hester whenever I need help with my vehicle.

Louie vieceli was most courteous . He got me in and out quickly. He explained all that been done to my car.

Great service

Everything was done perfect. We didn't know it but your mechanic found a screw in the tire. We didn't know it was there.

Red carpet service

Best car dealership and service dept. In the south suburbs. As all ways we get red carpet service. Keep up the good work.Over the years we have bought 5 cars from Rizza ford and would not think of going anywhere else for service or to buy another car.

Scott was very nice and helpful.I had some small body shop issue that needed to be taken care of.Bob Driggers solve the problem in minutes.He is one of the kindest,thoughtful people I know and you are very lucky to have him.

Quick check in (came on Saturday, no appointment), great communication from my service rep, and asked if I wanted the truck washed before I left. Never been asked about a car wash before, but I loved it! Thanks
