Fixing my shot transmission

Getting my car back running better than it did before. Whenever I have serious problems I know Joe Rizza Ford will be able to fix whatever I need done. They could be a little more clear on what exactly needs done. I still can't figure out how they went from saying it won't be done til the end of October til it being done mid September. Was it a surprise to find a certain part or a lack of effort to find a part that was then pursued after asking for an explanation?

Great Service

Amazing Car Buying Experience

It was a great experience from beginning to end at Joe Rizza. My salesman, Hamde, was extremely helpful and well-mannered. He answered every question that I had without any hesitation. He was able to find me the exact car I wanted, and he treated me with respect. They seem to lack this respect at Westfield. Thank you for all of your help.

Great customer service

It was a rainy morning, there were 2 lines waiting to get in, I was in lane 2, there were 2 people that came to line 1 after myself and the gentleman in front of me, these people arrived after us and were taken before us, I got out of my car and spoke to Lauren who immediately apologized for the mix up and took care of myself and the gentleman in front of me, she was awesome at her customer service and a made the experience a good one that could have easily turned into a bad one.

New KIA wonderful experience

Ken, the salesman, was GREAT! Very personable and low key; I like that in a salesman, LOW KEY, if your product can't sell itself, a high pressure sales person is the worst thing you can throw at me.

Easy to work with

We were able to find a vehicle for my daughter and come to an agreement fairly easily. Our salesman, Jeff Strousse, was very helpful.
