Great service, prompt attention.

I liked the prompt service I received. I had credits of $67.00 which me being a retiree, I appreciated very much.

Friendly service/ clean facility

All the staff in the service department are very nice and approachable. Even the service men walking by say hello and ask how I am today. The two girls, I think it's Lauren and Crystal always give me great service while visiting Joe Rizza. They are very fast and efficient and explain things very well for me when I ask any questions. I know there are some services I can find cheaper but the staff always has me coming back.

Bruno and Greg give us great service!

We feel like family when we are dealing with Greg and Bruno. The experience was challenging because of the situation that occurred with a used vehicle we purchased previously, but Bruno and Greg, along with Joe Rizza, did their best to satisfy us. In the end, we are very pleased.

great sales staff

Being able to deal with the same salesperson that I dealt with four years ago. I like continuity, and Bill K. is great.

Great service

Lou was excellent. He listen to my request about maintenance for my car and made recommendations based on my car having 100K miles. The repairs did not take long and Dan was very helpful driving me home and back to pick up my car.

The effort put in by Mr. Ciaky,,,to get my tire under warranty, was amazing,, and he came thru,, the next day with a new tire, covered ,,,,,
