We purchased a 2024 Cadillac CT5.

We purchased a 2024 Cadillac CT5. Mike Silver was very patient and answered all of our questions. We were also running late for the pickup and he stayed late to go over the features with us and has continued to answer our emails regarding the car features. A pleasure to work with him and the rest of the team at this dealership. We had worked with a local dealership initially and the drive to Waterbury was more than worth the trip.

I recently (as in 3 days ago) purchased my Nissan Armada

I recently (as in 3 days ago) purchased my Nissan Armada from Blasius Chevrolet in Waterbury. I worked directly with Max Dragone. He was professional from start to finish, working with what we had to offer and negotiated well on our behalf. The car is great so far. The deals offered (lifetime tire package as well as lifetime warranty package) were pretty good and made sense.

This dealership was an hour from our house, but we chose

This dealership was an hour from our house, but we chose this one because of the price and the used car. The staff was super friendly and not pushy at all. We worked with Rich Noble who is an awesome sales person. Very respectful and personable and answered all my questions professionally and in a very quick manner. I will definitely buy in the future from this dealership. If your looking for a used car they have a lot of options for you.

I had an exceptional experience at Blasius Cadillac! From start to finish, the service was top-notch. Steve Lord, my salesperson, was outstanding - truly attentive, knowledgeable, and made the entire car buying process enjoyable. The maintenance department also deserves a shoutout for their prompt and professional service, ensuring my used car was in excellent condition. Lastly, the business manager, Miranda McBride, made the purchasing process smooth and stress-free, helping me get the best deal possible. I highly recommend Blasius Cadillac to anyone looking for a fantastic car-buying experience!

This is admittedly a very difficult situation, Kristie, that we are trying to work through. We have not turned our backs on it and are looking to see if we can find resolution down various avenues.

The sales rep was very professional.

The sales rep was very professional. We tried to strike a deal, but the appraiser low balled the trade-in price of my Corvette. Not in synch with KBB.com. Maybe next time around. Lots of C8s on the market now. Again, the sales rep was polite, responsive, and anxious to do business. I would ask for Isaac again.

**BUYERS BEWARE, Advertised prices are fake** My son

**BUYERS BEWARE, Advertised prices are fake** My son bought a car from this dealership today at what seemed to be a fair price. We only wanted to purchase the car without any additional products or services. We were told that to get the advertised price, we had to use their financing. Since we planned to pay off the car within the month, this was fine. The interest rate is high, but I understand this is how Blasius takes further profits from their customers by adding points to the loan. After we believed the sale price was final, the salesperson presented the monthly payment amount (six years with high interest). I then spoke with the finance person and found that an extended warranty had been added to the purchase agreement, which we had them remove. They also added $1,500 GAP insurance, despite knowing we were paying off the car in a month. They also added an $800 car theft recovery device. I had them remove this as well. They also added a $400 blinking device so that when we press the brake pedal, the center rear light flashes. They refused to remove that. In addition to these questionable business practices, they added another fee of almost $800 to process paperwork. Which is outrageous. The state says this fee is negotiable but this dealer would not. Altogether, they added approximately $5,000 to the purchase agreement. If I had not been there to protect my son, they would have taken full advantage of him. They are not a stand-up company. If they want to make things better refund my son the $400 for the useless brake light flashing device that we were forced to take.
