I travel to CT once or twice a year from California and almost always need an oil change to my Explorer when I arrive or before I leave. Litchfield Ford can always fit me in and I can hang out in the lobby while the work is done. They are also about $40 cheaper than my dealership back home!

Service department had no interest in repairing my

Service department had no interest in repairing my vehicle. I have a chirping/squeaking in my heater fan. They opened the rear vents and told me it was fixed. $88 for opening two vents. Obviously, this didn’t stop the noise. Upon informing the service advisor that the problem wasn't resolved, and expressing my displeasure with their effort/interest in the repair “attempt,” he blindly defended the work, and actually took offense to my displeasure! With this type of customer service and the ineptitude shown in the work performed, I wouldn’t trust this place to simply check the oil.
