This is with respect to service. I have new Explorer with a terrible engine rattle that they acknowledge and I have on video, but claim it's normal because another Explorer does the same thing. The car is under warranty and they will do nothing to fix it. When I tried to buy a car from them, they also couldn't be bothered to make a sale, so I bought one elsewhere. I am glad they did not get the purchase. i won't be returning here for any reason.

First oil change for my F150. Very pleasant service advisor. Was done on time with a tire rotation. She explained what was done and confirmed I needed another oil change in 5k miles Talked to Nick for a few minutes to catch up with him. Did enjoy the car magazines in the waiting room Friendly staff and great service!!

Love my Ford and always get appt when I can and they do not just change your oil They do all full inspection with ito r time I need windshield wipers and I got them right away they give you a great review and tell you how everything is I know I will probably need a battery next time I go their service is the best
