Good Place to Buy a Truck

Pat Mendes did a very good job of explaining the new the Ford Ranger pickup. The paperwork was professionally handled. No pressure, individual attention throughout.

My oil change experience.

Took my F250 in for its first oil change on Litchfield Ford. Took about one hour and ten minutes. They did a through job. I guess my only complaint would be is how long it took when I had an appointment. I normally do my own service work so I’m unfamiliar with how long a job like this normally takes. It seems like an Hour and ten minutes was excessive.

This dealership quotes you one price but after the work

This dealership quotes you one price but after the work you are nickled and dimed. They charge for rags used by the mechanic who they are charging an hourly rate that is excessive. So if you have a job that involves oil change etc expect a high rag charge!! Will not return to Litchfield Ford for service or a car purchase. Get your quote in writing and not over the phone because they will blame you for not hearing the quote correctly.

2023 F150

Pat Mendes and the whole team at Litchfield Ford are great. It’s an old school, no pressure, handshake deal place. I couldn’t be happier. It’s worth the drive. I love my new F150.
