Be careful with this dealership! this is my story: I went to this dealership the salesman wrote down the quotes on papers but didn’t give me to take home when I ask. I finally signed a lease for my car. However, I found that they charged an extra month of fees of $465 more than the quote. Since I don’t have that paper with me and everything was verbal, I don’t have a proof - I ended up called the police into the store but what the policeman could only do was to give me a report….this is “ Paul Miller Toyota of West Caldwell in New Jersey“ – I have never had such experience in the US in the last 30 years…., so, now I know why they didn’t give me a written quote over the phone or with a written paper in store. They tells you one thing, but, they put another thing inside the contact…I will tell entire world for this story with my police report.

I purchased my minivan from Paul Miller, and have had nothing but wonderful experiences here. I know that dealerships sometimes get the reputation of being more expensive than other shops, but I’ve found the opposite with Chris and the Paul Miller team. He is always honest, kind, thoughtful and goes the extra mile to explain the details, and try to save me costs where possible. Honestly I wish every customer service experience was like this! I walked in for options for an end of lease on my 2019 Highlander fully expecting just to buy the car.
