Due to the inventory shortage...

...buying a car is not a fun experience these days. However, Alexa made it about as simple and stress free as possible. She kept me up to date and notified me immediately when a vehicle I may want came in. I would've preferred the final price be closer to what is listed on the website, but I can't have complaints overall.

Great!

I was treated with courtesy and respect and the dealership staff went out of their way to make sure that my expectations were met. The car was delivered clean with fit and finish and they took their time reviewing everything with me.

Happy customer

I bring my 2016 4Runner for service every 5,000 miles, I just brought it in for the 130,000 mile service. This is my 4th 4Runner and all were purchased at this location, prior from Caldwell Toyota. I would not come for service at this dealer if I was not entirely satisfied. The service staff is always courteous and keep me updated on the progress of my service. Plus I get to see my salesman, Jim Velsor.

Great Experience!!!

I brought my new car in for its 5,000 mile tune-up. I also asked for the serviceman to double-check the tire pressure. Everything was done thoroughly but quickly, while I waited. And the wait time was less than what they had told me it would be!

My seventh Toyota at Paul Miller. Marvin in sales was friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. Illia in finance also completed the purchase very efficiently. Great team, and I know the service for years to come will be second to none!

Very good service, helpful and knowledgeable staff

The fee structure was a bit extensive and ended up costing more than it seemed from the start. But I am very happy with my purchase, the truck and the people I was interacting with throughout the process. There are some bodywork flaws that I have noticed and need to follow up with or fixed while it was at the dealership. But overall it was a pleasurable experience and am content with the service!

Service was fine, on time. But waiting area can have TV to view or add magazines to read while wait. Hope they will do that to improve service to customers. Thanks.

the car I wanted just came in to dealership, so it took little extra time for the whole buying process. overall a great experience! will recommend to other family members looking to trade in for new!!!
