Best dealership in New Jersey and New York

I have the experience that you are treated as special customer. When buying or leasing their car, they work the price that is feasible. Service is over the top!! Brad Vaill works very closely with you to solve any issues; always solved in the customers favor. I have been to many dealerships but this is the only one that I will go to for service or buying another Lexus because the are the best in every way.

Hybrid Upgrade Es300H

Great service. Was called to make me aware of the March sale. He worked the lease numbers 3-4 different ways - was always flexible and supportive. Humberto knew I was not happy in a hatchback due my wife's wife hip surgery - so he orchestrated the right car - at the right time - at the right price!p

Terrific Group to work with

Fantastic experience. The staff was warm, friendly and helpful. We felt no pressure. They worked with our budget and we got the vehicle we wanted. The sales team of Steve Manin and Natalia Ojeda worked seamlessly and professionally. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the best ever - Isabelle was a joy and made sure we were greeted warmly and that all of our needs were taken care of.

Great Dealership

Tony and Matt were great to work with. They showed me a number of different options which was great. They were never pushy at all, which is rare to find these days. They allowed me the time i needed to make my decision, and to ensure I would be happy. This dealership is also huge in size and was very busy, it is clear that they have a lot of return customers, and I can see why. In my opinion, THIS is the way to do business! I know I will enjoy my next few years in this IS 250 F Sport, and for once i won't be dreading looking for a new car at the end of my lease.

Lexus Route 10 gets an A+

We are very impressed w the quality of service and professionalism at Lexus Rt. 10. It was by far the most positive car buying experience we've had overall in the last 30 years. While it was very busy and crowded, we never felt ignored or rushed. The amenities and waiting areas were exceptional and the staff were all very aware and friendly. Our Sales Associate, Humberto Cruz, was beyond exceptional!

Meet Humberto Cruz! You will be amazed to see his work!!

Humberto Cruz was very nice to work with. He was very professional, responsive and straight forward. Overall, purchase experience with him (only) was excellent. Lexus Route 10 dealership is very clean, well maintained. Eric Lilienthal did a good job in explaining vehicle features! As a general feedback to the dealership, there is a great room improvement for making old car trade-in process transparent, I still feel that I lost some money on my old car (some additional equipment's was not considered including extended warranty while pricing my old car).

From Dealer Principal to post sale- this is a great place

Absolutley outstanding service. All facets of getting a car are made smooth and painless. Top management to the cleaning crew in the building all trying to help you. Fantastic people, great knowledge and trustworthy in what they say and more importantly, what they do.

Very Poor Customer Service

Recently bought a used GS350 - the car is great but the process was awful and the customer service is worse. They failed to perform outstanding recall work (or even inform us of it) prior to our purchase. The actual purchase took all day. They promised all-weather mats and failed to provide them. They collected an excess amount for registration fees, promised to send a refund, and failed to do so for weeks. Worst of all, while negotiating the price, they upped their price online as we were speaking with them, which we later found was a tactic used over and over. Bottom line: a luxury dealership in the 21st century that does little more than uphold what I thought were only outdated stereotypes of used car salespeople. Find another Lexus dealership or be prepared!
